Le Strispsteak Waikiki propose toute la tradition d'un steakhouse américain classique avec une touche de modernité. Le menu plaisant et innovant créé par le chef Michael Mina présente des saveurs audacieuses et de la diversité dans l'inspiration. Le menu vraiment de saison est en constante évolution pour refléter le meilleur des ingrédients locaux et des saveurs mondiales. D'une extrême finesse, le menu du Stripsteak Waikiki comprend du bœuf Angus, du bœuf américain Wagyu et du bœuf japonais Wagyu A5 certifiés 100 % naturels. Les autres plats signature incluent l'Instant Bacon, du flanc de porc Kurubota glacé au soja et au poivre noir accompagné de tempura d'huîtres, la tour « festin » de fruits de mer Luau, avec du crabe royal, un homard entier, des huîtres, des palourdes, des crevettes, sashimi, des sushi ainsi que du poke ou encore la tourte au homard de Michael, servie à côté de la table avec de la crème de homard au brandy, des champignons Hamakua et de la truffe noire.

The food was bland. My friend and I got the New York strip, and it wasn’t seasoned tasteless, and we got the mashed potatoes, which were just super creamy but had no flavor. We also got the mac & cheese, which was dry and had no flavor, but the baked potato was good. I don’t think it is worth the price. Aloha Steakhouse is much better. Aloha steakhouse was our original plan but we had a conflict with the reservation times so we had to find another steakhouse.

ワイキキに宿泊する時は毎回利用させて頂いています。とにかく、お肉が美味しいです。また、お店はインターナショナルマーケットプレイスの3階で便利です。

Service is great and staff were attentive. Food was somewhat disappointing in comparison with my first experience dining at the restaurant. They made things right by removing the charge on item I did not care for. I intend to go back to this restaurant on my next visit to Oahu and recommend to friends.

Love the updates to the menu… the Brussels were improved and we still appreciated the excellent staff. CJ was with us this time and was a joy to see again. He handled our evening experience perfectly.

Tori was amazing and the live music was great. We loved the fries instead of bread service. My filet was delicious. The lump crab cake was amazing and one of the best wedge salads I’ve had. Would 10/10 recommend!

Without a doubt, our dinner at StripSteak was the highlight of our trip. The food was perfection. The sea bass dish was divine; one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. You shouldn’t miss this restaurant if you’re in Waikiki.

Service was seriously lacking - took forever for the server to greet us even though the restaurant was half empty. Drinks were not good at all, food service was spaced out too long between courses, we will not be returning

Stripsteak delivers an exceptional dining experience. The cozy, elegant ambiance and attentive service set the stage for delicious, well-crafted dishes. It’s a bit pricey, but perfect for a special occasion. Thanks to our sever Anders we had an amazing experience.
