Le réputé chef Michael Mina innove avec le lancement du STRIPSTEAK à Mandalay Bay, son premier steakhouse. Avec son menu classique, son bar invitant et son atmosphère sophistiquée, le STRIPSTEAK accueille les clients recherchant le filet de boeuf parfait avec une touche de modernité dans un traditionnel steakhouse. Comme dans les autres restaurant du chef Mina, le STRIPSTEAK utilise uniquement des ingrédients de première qualité; des viandes nourries au maïs, des fruits de mer fraîchement pêchés et des produits frais de saison. Le STRIPSTEAK propose un menu avec plusieurs interprétations imaginatives des classiques de steakhouse en utilisant des équipements à la fine pointe de la technologie. Le STRIPSTEAK propose une variété d'options de boeuf, y compris le Boeuf Angus Certifié et le Boeuf Wagyu Américain. Le restaurant comprend deux fours à bois et 6 systèmes pour faire cuire la viande sous-vide. I’ve been a fan of stripsteak for years, and my husband and I decided this would be a nice dinner for Valentine’s Day. We were seated promptly and the server was friendly and knowledgeable. The food on the other hand was nothing to write home about. I had the “nigiri” which came on a fried rice cracker? It had no sauce of any kind, it didn’t even come with soy sauce! Underneath the slice of tuna was what I could only describe as rolled up cat food. I guess it was supposed to be more tuna? Has this chef never had nigiri before? It was flavorless. The server was busy and the busser took the plate before I could say anything to her (the appetizer was not finished). I also had the Chilean sea bass miso style and AGAIN it had absolutely NO FLAVOR. As a rule I never ever salt my food and I actually had to salt this fish! Chilean sea bass is such a hard fish to mess up, I was blown away. My husband was happy with his NY which is good enough for me and for his side he had a baked potato, plain. Pretty hard to mess that up. My side was the Brussels sprouts and they had an excessive amount honey on them. Our dinner was 400 including tip. I won’t be back here if we are spending that kind of money and not enjoying the food.

Exceptional Experience at StripSteak If you're looking for a top-tier dining experience in Las Vegas, StripSteak at Mandalay Bay is definitely worth considering. From the moment we walked in, the elegant and sophisticated ambiance set the tone for what was about to be a special meal. The food exceeded our expectations. We started with the Wagyu Steak Tartare, which was simply excellent, offering the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Next, we tried the New York Steak Wagyu, an absolute delight—cooked to perfection, with an intense flavor and incredibly tender texture. To accompany our meal, we ordered the Gem Lettuce Caesar Salad, which was very good, and the Loaded Baked Potato, which was spectacular and paired perfectly with the main course. The service was impeccable. The waitstaff was attentive, quick, and very knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing our overall experience. As for value, it is an expensive restaurant, but it is absolutely worth it. The quality of the ingredients, the preparation, and the service justify the price. If you're looking for an unforgettable dinner in Las Vegas, StripSteak is an excellent choice. In short, 100% recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a high-end steakhouse with outstanding food, service, and ambiance. We have no complaints—just a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

If you are staying at Mandaly Bay and want to entertain some clients or guests, then it's a decent place. It can get very expensive, as are most things in Vegas. The apps were outstanding. The steaks were solid. My sea bass wasn't good. The service was very good.

Exceptional service and outstanding food! The atmosphere was a little noisy but not too bad. Definitely would recommend to others.

My sea bass came out cold and undercooked, the waitress took it to the kitchen and brought me another one about the time everyone else was finishing their meals. It was not at all the experience we had all looked forward to and the bill was not even adjusted for the fish.

Steak was perfectly cooked. Service was slow and inattentive. Didn’t have time for dessert due to show time. Go with ample time.

We have dined at Strip Steak many times. The fries (appetizer) are excellent. The Ribeye Cap was disappointing. This is the second time in a row that the steak was not good quality. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were very good. The service was very good. We plan to go to Strip Steak each time we are in LV. We may not be back.

Everything about this meal was over-the-top delicious! From the Wagyu cap with perfect side dishes to the dessert we were far too full to want, we practically licked each plate clean. Excellent!
