My daughter was employed there back in 2017 to 2018 while in high school. She loved what you did to the place. KUDOS!!!

This was the first time there and we really enjoyed it. The bowling alleys are great. The arcade games are good, but a few of them were out of service and since there aren't a lot of them, a few out of service is a problem. The food was very good, but our server seemed to be bothered to be there. Her attitude affected our enjoyment. Everyone else we came into contact with were very nice. Any they need French fries on the menu.

Dave & busters like vibe but with somehow worse food. Pulled pork tasted like vinegar. Limited side option and tater tots were reminiscent of middle school lunch. Drinks were ok but light on the alcohol.

My family and visited Statosphere yesterday event at 6pm. We were very disappointed in our food service. We started our evening off by ordering drinks. The Margarita that my wife ordered was not made correctly, it looked and tasted like watered down line juice with a little tequila. I took it to the bar and the bartender agreed it was not made properly and remade it properly and we were good to go. We had ordered the pretzel it came to the table we started eating it it was good but when we started trying to eat the thicker part of the pretzel it was still cold/ frozen so we had to send it back and got another one. We ordered a vegetarian flatbread When it came to the table it had pepperoni on it. We did not feel like having it sent back due to long waiting It took for us to get our food. This was our first time at stratosphere and most likely our last. I can’t see coming back and spending money on a meal that can’t be made properly.

Got fries? No. Weird. John, our server was wonderful. There was a sign about short staff. We did read it. Salad was warm, so I can tell it sat while the quesadilla cooked. That’s not short staffed. For the yawn-type food, the price is way too high.

The reservation was not honored. No one at hostess station 15 minutes after table was to be ready. Cleared the one available table of debris and was told by bartender you can’t sit there we won’t serve you. When I told him about our reservation I was told I don’t care. Told hostess who basically told me the same thing. Got a manager who did clear the table, she did not seem to care about how a customer was treated. We finally left.

The activities my party and I chose for my birthday celebration were all very fun. We especially liked the axe throwing which was a very unique experience for all of us. The food service was our only mild disappointment - several items on the menu were not available, the gluten free meatball flatbread has gluten in the meatballs, and the service was rather slow, both at the table for dinner and while we were later at the bowling lane. All in all, however, we had an excellent time and will come again.

Went for my boyfriend's birthday and we had so much fun. The virtual game was a blast and we played a few different modes of the game. We also did a few of the 7D movies and it was definitely a cool experience. We ended our night there with Axe throwing and I love that they had different modes you could do with the axe throwing to keep it fun and competitive.
