Our reviews in GOOGLE MAPS had over 52 million in the last 12 months. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love Stonewood's. Dana our server was great with suggestions. We have been going here for 20 years but had not be in for a long time. It was recently remodeled and is better than ever. All the food was awesome. Most seating is in booths even for 2 people and they are super comfortable. Lots of great food but MUST HAVE the Chocolate Bread Pudding!!! One of the best deserts I have ever had. OMG was it great. Loved the wedge salad and the artichoke, crab and cheese dip that comes with home made potato chips. She had the small Ahi Tuna "salad" which is really just a TON of ahi and a small salad portion. It was incredible and BIG. The large version is twice as big. I had the prime rib rare and it was fantastic. Great horseradish and sour cream sauce. Bruschetta was awesome and we also LOVED the salmon app. Dana was our server and she was awesome. Helped us a lot and was very fun. She made the experience even better. We will be back a lot more. Be darn sure to get that Chocolate Bread Pudding dessert. It is beyond your wildest dreams!!!! Check out all of our reviews and look at all the photos below. Our favorite restaurant in Ormond Beach. The steaks are amazing. The bourbon sauce pork chop is a favorite.

All in all it was a very good experience. The food was the best part of the dinner event. Both the French onion soup and the New England Clam Chowder were very good. Tuna Poke bowl was excellent. The Ahi Tuna was excellent and cooked as promised. The wine pour was very good. The first disappointment was the warm Jai Alai from the tap. Our waitress was not the most upbeat, nor was her service. The Ahi Tuna was ordered with mashed potatoes, however the plate came out with another item. The Tuna Poke bowl came out without chopsticks, which I found to be odd. Eventually, after asking, they did arrive at the table. Another oddity was that when we booked with Open Table we mentioned our anniversary, yet no mention was made of our celebration. We do plan to revisit on another night, as the food is excellent.

We’ve enjoyed this location for over twenty years. For us, it has always been a very good or great experience out. Economic conditions likely challenge management’s ability to provide the same quality product now compared to years ago, but they did a pretty good job for us when we were there last.

Peach pork chop was great! Chicken pot pie..not so much; the gravy was more like an Alfredo sauce without a cheese flavor--too much cream. Great staff, pleasant surroundings. Next time I'll try the beef.
