                                                                                            Alex is a great server and is the perfect balance of funny but also being respectful and helping you through the menu. Food was good and we love this place!

Long wait, I think maybe an issue with staff plus several items were not available, one example baked potatoes. Shrimp & scallops' dinner was the worst I had in a long time. Over cooked, plus tremendous amount of salt and too much seasoning plus not very appetizing Very disappointed

                                                                                            I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us on Monday night. It's concerning to hear about the long wait, unavailable menu items, and the issues with the shrimp and scallops dinner. We strive to provide excellent food and service, and it's clear we fell short during your visit. The lack of follow-up from our staff is also not in line with our service standards, and we apologize for that oversight. We would love to speak with you personally about this experience. Our waiter Alex gave some suggestions and laughed at our jokes. A terrific dining experience!

                                                                                            We arrived at 5:00pm for our dinner reservation. Unfortunately, by 6:20pm we still did not have our entrees despite having voiced our concern to our server. We had to leave to avoid being late to our show downtown. Our drinks and appetizer were comped to us along with apologies when we had to leave before receiving our meal. I like the restaurant but after this experience, I would be hesitant to dine there again in a circumstance where I had a hard departure time.
