Our story: The StockHouse is result of four people with an avid love of good food, good times & good value. Having both eaten out and working in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad, and having spoken about opening our own restaurant on many a night out it finally came to be when Mick and Orla approached Tom and Carmel about the possibility of opening a place of our own. They had been watching the building for quite a while and when it became available they decided to act and so our partnership was formed and StockHouse was born....

Wonderful meal in stockhouse restaurant. Everything from the ambience to the staff the the menu choice and food was fab. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. A little gem in the centre of Trim

We went to Stockhouse on our last night in Ireland. The food, drink, hospitality were exceptional. The wall art was hilarious and I wish I had gotten more pictures. We all vowed to stop at Stockhouse on our next trip. The owner is working on humanitarian aid for Ukraine, so that made the experience even more fantastic! Thanks, Stockhouse for making our last night memorable.

Food was very tasty but the Sunday roast vegetables portion was tiny.

Nice location, good food, service was slow 40min from sitting down until starters arrived. To be fair it was a Saturday night Over all would recommend trying if staying in trim

What a great experience… excellent service and food… and value… especially if your get the early bird specials before 6:30pm… the proprietor could not have been more gracious and provided us with advice to what to see in the area… we completely missed the tomb of the jealous man and woman in our hike today so will be taking in tomorrow morning…

The steak I had was tender and very tasty. My wife's chicken in her Cajun fettuccine was bland tho.

Lovely dining experience here have been a few times before. Ambience so relaxed and music not too loud. Dining upstairs if you like a little more space or quiet. Downstairs great buzz but not too loud. Service excellent efficient and not rushed. Food fabulous. Portions just right amounts. A real treat!
