Stock Is a Nordic Bistro and bar inviting you to dine differently. Our restaurant is located in a lovingly restored railroad freight terminal that is also home to our stylish modern furniture gallery – Txtur. The indoor and outdoor space invites you to lounge and enjoy a meal like no other whether taking time with friends or celebrating a special event.

Whether you take your meal or cocktails in our beautiful “drafting room” dining space, the spacious main gallery, or our covered and shaded patio, Stock culinary craft and special hospitality experience is sure to please.

First time here and loved it! Great overall experience. We sat in the showroom floor, service was great with Alanna, martini perfect, great wines, trout was fresh and tasty and schnitzel was delicious and ample. The highlight of the night was the cookie/mousse dessert….L’opposum or Lemaire quality. Well done, we’ll be back!

Don’t miss Stock Bistro & Bar. Best meal I’ve had in ages and the service was lovely, our server recommended all the best dishes and was spot on every time. They have tons of parking so don’t be concerned about trying to street park in Manchester (we were concerned). Run, don’t walk!

I’ll start by saying we will absolutely be back! We started with amazing crusty rye bread w 2 butters, perfectly fried smelts and a wedge salad with the most delicious green herbaceous dressing. We shared 3 of the smorsbrod, and they were all great but the mushroom was the winner. Then we split a pork schnitzel, perfectly fried and accompanied. And finally we were stuffed but had to have dessert, a dense orange cake with a chocolate cremieux - yum! All this with some generous glasses of Prosecco and club soda with walnut bitters! And our server Marty was excellent!

Our first visit was for a Sunday brunch - we were warmly greeted at the door by a hostess, then Xavier was our very well-prepared server, suggesting craft cocktails and menu choices - the fried Goulda spring rolls, Tarragon chicken salad and Swedish meatball sandwich choices were fresh, beautifully presented and value priced. TXTUR Store manager Lisa was a jewel, sharing the story of the business and their approach to quality and flexibility for the customer’s choices. All around, a terrific experience - we will be back!!

We had an absolutely great time here. We started with drinks at the bar (they were real good), then dined in the gorgeous dining room. The food was absolutely incredible, as was the service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a terrific concept- combining a bistro with a furniture store. What makes it special is that the furniture is made in Virginia and the Nordic theme is one of the only if not the only of its kind in RVA. Everything was well executed and delicious, and we will look forward to returning soon!

My boyfriend had the special app with tomato and peach, it was really good. I had the fried Gouda and it was awesome. The cheese melted out of one of wraps but it made room for me to dump the spicy sauce they served with it. My boyfriend had the schnitzel, it was huge and he enjoyed it, I had the charred cabbage, probably the healthiest thing I’ve had all week and had delicious sides that paired well with the cabbage. We had orange cake, which was a literal whole cake, very good and I had aebelskiver, tiny pancakes with a tart jam, also delicious.
