    Normally have a great experience getting food here whether it’s eating in or getting takeout but unfortunately I can’t say that this time around. It wasn’t busy and our server took 40min to take our order and then once food was dropped off we didn’t see her again until we were done and flagged her down so we couldn’t let anyone know that the food was cold and dry. The fries tasted like they have been in the window for too long. So half of us left hungry and sad .

    Great meal, huge portions, which is reflected in the price. You will have leftovers! Get the Brisket you won’t be sorry.

    I always go for the brisket - it is AMAZING and feeds me twice. Reasonably priced too for how much you get. Noise level is high here, so if you want quiet go elsewhere. There can be a bit of a wait when it's busy, so prepare for that and definitely make a rez first.

    Great quality food which appeals to a diverse crowd. Lovely ambiance. Value for money has gone downhill, sadly.

    Kitchen was very overwhelmed - 645pm reservation didn’t finish until after 9pm- no appetizers or desserts Server was lovely but the experience fell very short.

    There was a group of six. The waitress was very nice and attentive and the food was great . This is a very busy place and the tables were full. There were two things we thought needed improvement. First, our order was taken relatively quickly but it took about an hour for it to be served. I know they are busy but should have the throughput to handle the demand. Second, the place is so noisy that it is hard to hear the person next to you. There should be sound dampening done. Most of us stated that it is not our favourite spot and we probably would not go very often. I expect that most customers were hotel guests and we were not. We chose to go there and will probably choose another place next time.
