The dinner started off wonderful. Then quickly went down hill when the food arrived. Both steaks were un edible!!! The bone in Ribeye and bone in New York strip were both like shoe leather. The when the bill came i was charged for a more expensive Ribeye I didn’t order. I have been to this restaurant on several occasions, never again.

I called and made reservations the morning of Sunday for 7:00 pm. This was a special occasion. At 1:00 my mom and I walked into restaurant to take a look at restaurant set up. Greeted by short young hostess long dark hair. We asked for an enclosed booth against the window in back for disability comfort for my mom undergoing chemo I didn’t want her to be cramped amd sitting in a chair since she has under 8 months i wated this to be special for dinner . When we arrived 30 minutes early they said we could wait in the bar if we wanted a cocktail we sat down and the waitress told us to sit somewhere else we walked to the upstairs bar and asked were we could sit the waitress said at the bar yet there were no open chairs i asked if we could sit at the small table i front of the bar she said no. After 20 minutes of trying to get someone to help up with a table at the bar they took us back to our table for dinner however she wanted to seat us at a cramped little corner table with the chair i asked again if i could please have a booth. As i asked earlier and it was noted. There were 5 booths open. The hostess called up to ask if she could seat us at the booth?? She then proceeded to take us to another corner booth right infront of the noisy kitchen. I didn’t want to make a fuss or be difficult however ifvthere are 5 open booths available why was i not allowed to be seated were I requested three times.?!! I had a reservation!! For a $500 food bill im a paying customer i should be accommodated especially when i already asked prior. It was so loud in your restaurant I couldn’t even have a conversation with my husband or my mother during dinner couldn’t hear the waiter! It was rather a huge disappointment!! And the special occasion was never addressed 31 years anniversary. Pretty sad!

I went for my bday dinner. The service was exceptional. Everything came out promptly and exquisitely. The food was amazing. I had the oysters and the Australian wagu steak. Ordered a bottle of rose. The servers were high quality and professional. It was worth every penny. 500 for two including tip. I would definitely recommend.

STK is a place you can vibe as far as a fun active environment that plays tons of great music, especially 90’s through the early 2000’s. Lots of great Hip Hop and R&b style playlists. Great atmosphere and good food. A tad pricey for what you get but the atmosphere is well worth it. Great location in the Cosmopolitan. The music can be a tad loud and in my opinion turned down 1 notch but that’s also one of the best qualities (vibe and style of the playlist). It’s definitely a must in my opinion. Super fun and lively. Just be prepared to spend $$$$

I liked everything except the food. The food was not giving high end delicious food. It had little to no flavor. But service was exceptional

Only go if you are ok waiting an hour, or more, for the table that you reserved. It’s more a place to be seen than to experience. Also, don’t expect an apology.

This was our 2nd time going to STK. Both times the food was delicious and the vibe was energetic and fun. Definitely on the more pricey side, but the food was remarkable. We did have reservations, but it still took 30/40 minutes to get us seated at our table. Also, we did request to not have a tall table, but that's what we ended up with. Other than this, the steaks were amazing!
