Christmas Day dinner was rushed. The service was adequate but seemed like we were being rushed every step of the way. We had a two hour mandated meal time. The server came to our table at 4:42 pm on a 4:30 pm reservation time and quickly moved us to ordering drinks, appetizers and main course. The meal was very good. Prices were high for the food we ordered. Overall not the type of experience we have had at other STK restaurants. Regardless of it being a holiday event.

Personale gentilissimo. Cibo molto buono, porzioni nella media dei locali come questi, prezzi decisamente alti ma in linea con i locali del genere della città.

Amongst the best Steakhouse in London: delicious steaks and the service was very professional and efficient! We were served by Luciano- what an excellent chap! Went with the Family- we loved their food and have this week lunched at 'so called' high end restaurants- though other than pricing, they could not match STK for quality of meat and fish. Highly recommended.

I had a long wait and when I was finally seated it took 27 minutes to get a glass of water. As my waiter was cleaning my table he spilled smelly oyster juice on my newly purchased shoes and clothes and was told oh it shouldn’t stain and was not even given a second napkin to clean myself off. It took another 30 minutes for my dessert to come and on top of all of that I was charged over 900 USD twice for my dinner now my card is locked up on Christmas Day I can not get to my next destination due to them taking such a large amount of money and the restaurant is not being helping on reversing one of the payments. I will say this was the worst experience I have had at an STK and I would not recommend this place in any location 1/10 would not recommend

The steak was lovely. The black cod saw just ok.. it was a built cold in the restaurant. Ambience was lovely. Waiter was too tier

The service and the food was excellent. Worth mentioning is if they could use one ice cube for the drinks like old fashioned. It will make things even more amazing!!! The waiter and the the welcoming crew were superb!! Strongly recommended!!

Having been to STK in Nashville in September, which was an all time Top 3 dining experience for our party, it was natural to choose STK in London, closer to home. Sadly, overall, it was a bit of a let down & certainly not worth the £200 per head we spent (with 1 of 5 in the party being vegetarian & another of the 5 being a not very big eater/female). William was friendly but the overall experience did not match the value of the spend.
