Great night celebrating a milestone birthday. Food was great and our waiter was awesome! The team working with him was incredible and on top of it. We’ll definitely be eating here again!

I don’t ever write about “value” I’m not looking to discount dine. But the food was way overpriced or the execution was bad. The bread service was amazing and the basil oil was a great change of pace. Calamari was chewy and rubbery. Crab cake had loads of crab but minuscule flavor. Burrata was good but nothing would crave. The hash browns and Brussels were the belle of the ball. The Delmonico fell far short for me. When the grill marks are my favorite and the peppercorn sauce was really great…that says a lot. My steak was chewy tough and didn’t seem to be anything more than a choice cut. I can’t remember how much it was but for $96-$101 steak, it was forgettable. The desserts weren’t my bag, but I can see why people would enjoy them. I’ve eaten at the Vegas restaurant and loved it every time I’ve gone there. This, wasn’t on par with that spot. Maybe it was just a bad night and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but I just didn’t enjoy it.

This was our first time having this experience at STK and they have made us customers for life. Every single aspect blew past my expectations. Every piece of food that we shared across 7 people was excellent. The waiter and the service team that kept our drinks filled and tables cleaned was excellent. The general vibe of the restaurant was excellent. I cannot speak highly enough of STK and already planned by next trip.

My girlfriend and I came for her 22nd birthday and everything was perfect. I can’t remember our servers name but he told us we were his fifth table, but we felt like it was his 500! The recommendations were phenomenal, and we never had to ask for anything. Thank you!

Rooftop experience was fantastic. Very nice evening with fantastic drinks and the food was amazing. For sure recommend the bacon appetizer!
