Excellent food with outstanding service. Pricing is over the top expensive with up charges of $20 for each side which barely feeds 2 and huge up charge for steak toppings. Steak - Service - Sides quality get an A but value gets a C-

Let me start off by saying this was our first time here and are hoping our experience was a one off. If not, go to Mastro’s or Dominic’s or anywhere else but here. We weren’t greeted when we walked in or acknowledged when we left. The steak (extremely undercooked) was served on a cold plate, and no one seemed to notice or care to ask how everything was tasting even though I clearly only ate a few bites of my steak. I’ve had better service at much lower cost restaurants. For the cost, I would have expected a much better experience and service.

Probably won't go back. The food is mediocre at best. We both ordered steaks, and when they arrived, they were lukewarm. Service started out good, but once the food arrived, we were forgotten, to the point that both our glasses were empty. The steaks were bland they were cooked correctly although. Better off going to Mastro's or Preston's Steakhouse.

Pricey but very good. Ordered tomahawk with the wagyu butter and bone marrow sauce. Amazing combo .

Food was cold. Over priced for under quality food. Lobster Mac & Cheese was greasy. Limited items due to Valentine’s Day (understandable) but was not disclosed when booking. I’ve been to Denver location which was really good so the poor experience was a surprise.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my spouse and I had at [Restaurant Name] on the evening of February 14th. As it was our wedding anniversary, a celebration we had planned for months, we were expecting a special and enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. First, the table we were given was poorly located, making our dining experience uncomfortable. Despite having made a reservation in advance, we were seated in an inconvenient spot that detracted from the ambiance we were hoping for on such an important occasion. Additionally, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. Our steaks were overcooked to the point of being inedible, and when we addressed this with the staff, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. We had hoped for a resolution that would allow us to enjoy our meal, but instead, we were left frustrated and dissatisfied. The surprising part was that they even charged us for a soda and an appetizer even tipped the waiter so unprofessional. Overall, what was meant to be a special and memorable evening was overshadowed by subpar service and food quality. Given the reputation of [stk Scottsdale ], this experience was unexpected and disheartening. I hope that you take this feedback seriously to improve future dining experiences for your patrons.

I had a little bit of an issue with my first experience there on January 24 for my wife’s birthday. I called back and spoke to Amber Who said she would accommodate me on my new reservations for Valentines. Me and my wife showed up a little early and she sat us right away. We got our rooftop table and the experience was great. Food was very good and Jacob our server was very busy but always kept us updated on Our food and Was very helpful with the menu. Had a great time will return again. Thank you Amber up at the roof top check In desk your the bomb I really appreciate your assistance and great service they might want to Consider cloning you and replacing another person like you at their bottom check in desk🤔😂 Thanks again for making my trip up from Casa Grande and spending a nice dinner with my wife a memorable one!
