The food is very, very delicious, but overpriced. The service is not attentive, competent and friendly, but not attentive. I poured most of my own wine, and appetizer plates were not removed before entrees were set down on the table by a "runner" who said absolutely nothing an ran off before I could request he remove my obviously finished shrimp cocktail. Picky? Not for these prices. Atmosphere is very modern with tv screens around the bar and loud contemporary music. I guess I'm just a Morton's girl.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I came for one thing only and that was the tomahawk steak. It was cooked to perfection. I love the way the ambience was put together in theme. The overall experience was over a five star and Zee was the best server you can ask for.

Check your bill. I was charge for an extra drink at the bar. And again while dining. Service was lackluster. Food was good. Drinks are well made and very good. Not nearly as enjoyable as the Vegas location.

Drove here from San Jose to try out their "Steak night america" 3 course menu and was extremely disappointed. When we were being walked to our table a busser saw me and I said excuse me and they continued to cut in front of me and almost bump into me and separate me from the seater and rest of my party. We sat and waited for a few minutes which is understandable then when our server came (Jasmine is what it said on the receipt she never introduced herself) we asked to do the coursed menu she hastily took our order and did not offer our wine options we had to ask for it. The appetizers came out at an appropriate time and the Caeser salad was really good! unfortunately the server never came to check on us or ask if we were interested in getting any drinks besides the included wine, not a huge deal. The bussers cleared our finished appetizers then we patiently waited for out steaks and sides that took about 30 minutes to arrive. I personally ordered a NY medium well and it came out medium, the other 3 people in my party all ordered the 6oz filet medium and all 3 came out different temps (rare, well done and one medium yay) The sever would check on all the tables around us and refill their waters for them except ours and to make it worse the manager in our section (blonde lady in a very wrinkly tan blazer, named Kristen) went to the tables all around us including the one directly next to us to check in help fill their empty wine and water glasses and continued to avoid our table. We all left feeling like we were treated poorly because we ordered the "cheap" $70 per person 3 course meal spending $300+ and to end it off we had to take our leftovers home in a container with a lid that did not fit so the server wrapped them in plastic wrap??? and when I went to the restroom before leaving they were completely out of toilet paper. I expected a lot more especially since I work in a high end steakhouse myself and understand the steps of service.

Atmosphere: I loved the look of this restaurant. The music was fun, but did end up being a bit too loud at times. Bar: Our experience at the bar prior to eating was great, we ordered martinis and the drinks were good, came in a timely fashion and the bartender was friendly. Table: When we sat to eat, our table was too small for four people, it was the path to the bathroom and one person in our party was constantly disrupted by people walking by. Service: Service was SLOW! I forgave this at first because it was restaurant week and it was busy, but as the crowd thinned out the timing of food delivery didn’t improve. Appetizers: these were fine, wagu sliders, tuna tacos and two orders of oysters. The only complaint there was the size of the oysters when we had been told they were big. Entrees: filet, two ribeyes and a ribeye filet. None of the steaks were cooked to the requested doneness, the ribeyes were an upgrade from the menu and they were thin, dry, chewy and full of fat. The filet was over-salted and the ribeye filet was ok quality but not cooked enough. The sides: cream corn, spinach and truffle fries, all excellent. Dessert: we had apple crumble and cheesecake to choose from, when it was time to be served the apple crumble was no longer available so they did sub out the donuts for it, dessert was OK. I will not go back to STK to eat again, but if i am in the area and want a drink i would stop in for the bar.

The service was terrible and slow and the waiter could not consult on the food options. We decided to leave after waiting 20 mins and not receiving our drink order. The restaurant appear to be more concerned with the decor and ambiance and less about it's food and service.

Went in for sf restaurant week 2024 brunch, server wasn’t aware of the prefix menu, order our food but it took 30 mins to get our food after we ordered. We were one of two parties in the whole restaurant, the pork belly egg Benedict were very bland and Nothing special, we also got the spicy chicken and waffles, which were nothing to rave about. When we were ready to go, we asked for the bill got the bill right away, but the dessert didn’t come out for another 15 to 20 minutes after we paid our bill. Will not be coming back for brunch and we do not recommend it .

My experience at STK was great! The food was good, the drinks were good, and the DJ was Jamming! I love the atmosphere! It was a a while Vibe!
