Decided to take my mom here to celebrate her 50 birthday, and so very happy I did. We were lucky to have Z as our server. He was super friendly and very informative of the menu. He made so many good recommendations, that we just ordered everything the way he recommended. Z kept checking in on us throughout the meal making sure we had everything we needed and if everything was tasting good. He really made us feel welcomed and made our first time here all the more special. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially if you get Z as your server! My mom really enjoyed her 50 birthday dinner here at STK thanks to Z!

First time eating at this location, and it was GREAT. Service was amazing, and every facet of dinner was great. Also, donuts and Apple Pie were the perfect end to the evening. Highly recommend.

Wanted a good late evening meal after a concert date night with my wife. Service and food fell way below what I’ve come to expect from STK. The SF location falls way below the mark.

My Wife and I went to STK steakhouse last night to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Initial impressions were great, very nice atmosphere and great music! Our server promptly came over and greeted us, she provided excellent service the entire night. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The food was subpar across the board. We went for the steak night menu. The appetizers and main courses were lacking in flavor and creativity. Everything was just kind of bland and basic. We found it odd that all of the food was served so fast, our appetizers and main courses came out within 20 minutes of us arriving and that was a bit overwhelming. It was very hard to enjoy the food and take our time when within 20 minutes we had 3 appetizers, complimentary bread, drinks and two entrees on our table. After finishing this, we waited 45 minutes for our dessert. The pacing of the whole meal was off to us. After spending 175$ on our dinner last night, we felt like it was not money well spent. It was definitely quantity over quality which is not at all we expected at a nice steakhouse. Will not be going back unfortunately.

Ordered the 14oz Ribeye Fillet. At first it was severely unevenly undercooked, I sent it back and they re-cooked it again. It was then dry and chewy and I had to spit out most of the bites I couldn’t swallow

Steak was cooked to perfection. Had the Steak night special. Well worth it. Service was superb!

Did not have a good time. Took well over 3 hours to get served everything. We had to wait an hour for appetizers, an additional 15 minutes for a single taco because the wrong ones were brought out. After a good two hours, we were served our additional appetizers and steaks, only for the items to be wrong again. Come to find out, they meant to give it to the table next to us (they came after us as well). They take away our food and have us wait another 30 minutes. Only until after we were finally served our food did they offer us the complimentary bread. Our waters had to be asked to be refilled multiple times. The steaks were supposed to be medium, but ended up being extremely well done, inedible. At this point, the service was too slow so we asked for to go boxes to give the food to our dogs in order to not waste it. 2/5, only gets an extra star for their decent happy hour.
