    We were a party of four, and we all ordered different steaks. The steaks all tasted like they were spoiled. We spent $900, not going back ever again.

    Everything was great besides the very close arrangements which made conversations hard to hear. Not sure how this can be remedied for future events, but definitely a strong suggestion! Jack our waiter did great as did all the staff! Good was delicious from drinks to desserts! Thanks for a special experience STK.

    Came here from NorCal to celebrate my partner’s birthday on Valentine’s Day and I’m super glad we made a reservation asap. It was packed but the hostess and Brandon took good care of us. Kudos to the ladies working the front and handling the crazy crowd for Valentine’s Day. Experience: Brandon was super patient, fun, and got everything right. He brought out our dessert with the sparklers, which made my partner’s night. The Valentine’s dinner offers right now are pretty good too. Food: We got lil Brgs, which were tiny sliders, and it was delicious. There was garlic bread that came out as well and it was so unique! OMG and the Award Winning Spiced Watermelon was 11/10. Never had a cocktail that fire. Definitely coming back.

    Unfortunately, was part of many customers who were affected by long waiting times even with reservations. Even after waiting over an hour, we had to wait ever longer for food. I get it that things happened, but having to wait for way too long with no further updates it’s very unacceptable. Although, the server was very great at his job.

    DO NOT DINE HERE- worst experience ever. I am not someone to leave a bad review, but this was warranted. Had a 9:15 reservation, didn’t up getting sat until almost 10:15. By midnight (their closing time) we still had no food. They completely overbooked, but were still seating people well past 12 and still had a large crowd outside the door. We had them give us our food to go and after complaining to the manager, she removed our drinks and sides from the bill. This was so disorganized on managements part and you could tell the servers were so overwhelmed and at a loss. The manager completely lied to us in the beginning about wait times and was not transparent at all, completely money hungry and just wanted to push people in the door. Everyone around us dining were so frustrated as well and multiple just walked out. Our server was great, definitely not his fault. I would not recommend this STK location. I have dined multiple times at STK in Scottsdale and have had a great experience every time but after this do not think I’ll return to any location.

    Unfortunately this is my first time visiting this place and it was on Valentine’s Day so I understand why there was a long wait but it took 1 hour to have me seated and 1:30 to get my food. The food was pretty good. I’ll probably try this place again on a better day. Definitely not worth 2 hours to eat.

    Terrible experiences 830 reservations to be seated at 10 and then an hr and half wait for food. Never been at a restaurant for 4 hrs

    The food was excellent, and our waiter was very attentive. Since it was Valentine’s Day, it was a bit busy, which caused some delays in getting our food. However, the staff did their best to accommodate us given the circumstances. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely go again!

    BAD EXPERIENCE! Came here for Valentine's day, our reservation was at 8:30pm. Got there at 8:35pm, checked in and was told it was going to be a little wait, which we were fine with it. The guy at the front told us if it takes too long they'll compensate us/ make it up to us. Waited almost 2 HOURS, around 10 i go up to the host stand since i had yet not received a text. They seemed to be all over the place. They finally sat us down since they noticed we were waiting almost 2 hours. If i hadn't gone up to them we probably would of waited way more than that. Our server was okay, never got refills on our water. We also waited OVER AN HOUR for our food. We received our food around 11:20pm. By that time we were tired from standing outside, and our appetite had gone away but we still managed to be positive about this whole experience. Our server kept apologizing for the delay on our food. I expected a discount, maybe one of our drinks taken out our bill, free dessert something since the guy in the front had made it seemed like that. But we got NOTHING. Two tables next to us, their food was also taking a very long time. Yet we saw our server drop off a little appetizer on the house for them since their food was taking a while (No it wasn't the bread). Yet we got NOTHING. I'm not one to complain, i work in this industry and know how restaurants work, so i understand if maybe you guys overbooked. But it would of been nice to maybe have treated the tables that were waiting as long as them the same. We had another friend inside the restaurant at the same time we were there and they ended up leaving due to the food taking a while. They got the appetizers taken off the bill so they only paid for the drinks which was nice. And it would of been nice for us to get something in return since we still ended up spending $450 for Two people and still tipped our server 20%. Crazy..
