Don’t waste your time with the other high end steak restaurants in Salt Lake. This is the only place to go, not only is the atmosphere amazing the food is ALWAYS phenomenal! If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion this is the place to do so, the cost is better then the other high end restaurants in the area and the food is far superior.

All the dishes we had were either good, or really good (brussel sprouts, short rib, filet). There was a large party that apparently slowed the delivery of the food, that was less than pleasant. Wouldn't expect that every time, but was unfortunate for an otherwise great experience. Oh, and the music, was just a couple notches too loud for restaurant. More ideal for dancing, bar.

We did the fixed price menu and we were not impressed at all. Happy we did not spend more. First the decor and music are gaudy and loud. I don't want to listen to obnoxious Britney Spears remixes at high volume at a fancy place. Waiter was alright, kind of pushy. Made some comment that he heard we were going to complain and made us uncomfortable. We told him my mother couldn't handle spicy food and her dish was still inedible. It is a health issue due to her stomach and not just "white people spice" aversion as the waiter commented. my steak was tiny, to be expected on that menu, but lacked much flavor. Sides were bland and uninteresting as well. For this price point, STK was a complete miss.

Calamari was very good. Burrata was not very good. I wouldn't order this again. Service was very good.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Higher on pricing but value is worth it. Couldn’t recommend more.

Everything we ate was amazing and the service was impeccable. We loved the vibe and the music as well. Definitely will be back! Special thanks to our waitress (I believe her name was Chloe) for treating us so well!

King crab was horrible dry and briney. Manager said several others complained and said they would make it right on next trip (had already paid). So overall good experience. Drinks are always bomb.

In town for a work trip. Our primary waitress seemed to be very impatient and annoyed with us. She was not interested in answering any questions about the menu and made a decision regarding one of my guest’s steaks when she deemed he was taking too long. Another one of my colleagues ordered a steak with a flavored butter on the top. We found out afterwards that the restaurant applies the butter by melting it at the table with a butane torch. As one of the servers was melting the butter he dripped extremely hot butter on my guest’s bare arm. It was very painful. The server that melted the butter said, “oops, sorry about that!” He then started melting butter over another guest’s plate and almost did the same thing to her. Luckily, he just dripped the molten butter all over the table instead of her body as well. After this, our primary waitress came over and said, “are you ok?” My guest said, “no, not really” and she just smiled and walked away. At that point my guest notified the general manager who was much more understanding and empathetic. He apologized profusely and waited on the table personally after that. The GM was very professional and helpful but the painful burn to my guest’s arm kind of ruined the festive mood. He did agree to write off the steak that resulted in a burn to my guest’s arm and some appetizers but our bill was still about $300. For a restaurant like this with these prices, I expected more. We will not be returning.
