Went to STK on a Friday afternoon, wasn't to busy. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Food was amazing and the drinks were great!

We chose to dine here on our first night in London from Australia and it was quiet, the service was amazing, the food was delicious and we received complimentary bread. We had a great experience and decided to dine another night although it was very busy, very loud, very hard to move around and seats were close together to others, the food wasn’t as good and the service did unfortunately slip as well. We suggest to visit on a less busy night for a better experience. Overall we had a good experience.

Overall a experience, nice location, amazing view. The music was very loud. Service needs improvement. We waited too long for simple things like drinks and bill even though the place wasn’t crowded.

Beautiful roof top spot, the food was amazing we came for the brunch vibe but the DJ although good was way too loud you had to shout / lip read to have a conversation it was nearly impossible; felt sorry for the waiting staff who had to also shout just to explain the menu. It didn’t put me off the overall place, I would come again as the food and value for money was great but I would just come during the evening

Our dining experience was very disappointing. Our waiter was the bartender, who informed us as soon as we sat down that they were busy and he was going to have to wait on us. We requested indoor seating, but were seated at the table right next to the patio door that was wide open. My elderly mother was very cold. We didn't receive any complementary bread, because they were "out". It was only 8:30pm. No concession or apologies made. My napkin had pink lipstick stains all over it. Very gross. While eating our appetizers we were constantly bothered by 10-15 gnats/fruit flies buzzing and landing on our food. We told the waiter, who eventually asked the manager "if" we could be moved to a different location in the restaurant. After a disappointing start, we hoped we would receive some apology or concession, but we the manager said all but two words to us. Finally the food arrived and looked really good. Unfortunately, the short rib was very cold. The other entrees were pretty good, but the start to our evening really soured the mood. We were celebrating my mother's birthday and I indicated that when I made the reservation. We had to remind the waiter/bartender that we were celebrating because he had no idea. I have high expectations for STK as franchise. I've been to 2 other locations and had exceptional service. For these prices, this meal was absolutely not worth it. I will not be returning to the STK location in Stratford anytime soon (I'm from the USA), nor do I recommend it to anyone.
