We had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary lunch at STK. Great views with even better service

Stayed in the hotel so had a table booked for late evening. Thought it looked lovely. Ordered drinks asked three times where they were and waited 25 minutes. The ice was melted as a result the cognac was mixed with water. Further 25 minutes before we could get our food order in as we was seated in the terrace and the staff didn’t come in. Female staff member was rude and off hand throughout our evening. Asked her multiple times which brandy she served us. Told us twice she would find out, never came back to tell us. Asked to have the heater on next to our table, was told she can’t do that. Offered us blankets. There was a free table near another working heater, told us she can’t give us that table as it needed cleaning? Confused. I asked her to clean it, eye rolled she swept the food and crumbs onto the floor cleaned half the table. We moved our drinks over, asked her for the cutlery,side plates napkins from our previous table, she straightened it and left it ready for the next customers. My guest asked to speak with a manager, explained we understand it’s been a long day for staff but the hour wait before we got our food order in and poor service was not ok. He took our drinks and replaced them for some with unmelted ice, not a word spoken by him when he placed them on our table and walked away. All seemed like it was too much trouble for them. Even the manager looked like he had no care. Took too long for the food, was ready for leaving by the time it arrived. When it did my plate was almost thrown at me she slammed it down infront of me which made the other table look across in surprise. The energy and mood in our party had changed dramatically, we wanted to leave. The food was great quality! small portions but very lovely, unfortunately the staff made this more stressful than an enjoyable evening with friends.

It was a very nice vibe. £49 brunch + £45 cocktail drinks (Total of £94) however as people ordered extra sides the bill came to £110!. Personally I think this was a lot for brunch regardless of the music, rooftop view and the vibe. Staff were welcoming and attentive and polite and respectful.

Loved everything except when asking for the steaks to be medium rare they came out rare. However they did fix the problem straight away and brought out brand new steaks. Pragati was our server and she was amazing. Her service was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and even took time to have a conversation with us and get to know us. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Terrible service, waiter mess up the order with mains and deserts, Caesar salad was terrible, not impressed, food is overpriced. I am sure we will not be going there again

Had an excellent experience dining here on my wedding anniversary. Me and my wife were well taken care of by the staff, especially Alex who really made this a memorable experience. Will be back hopefully soon.
