Le STK vous propose astucieusement une formule deux en un : le steakhouse moderne et le salon chic. Le grand salon central est aménagé avec des banquettes en cuir crème et en forme de carreaux de peau de crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée, seyant aux repas plus formels. Toutes les tables sont illuminées par un éclairage de scène théâtrale, tandis qu'un DJ investit tout l'espace d'une énergie communicative. Le STK Orlando vous accueille à Disney Springs et, chose promise, chose due, le steak est en le moment fort. Au STK, vous aurez droit à de la découpe en petites, moyennes et grandes pièces ou encore à des choix de viande d'animal élevé naturellement et même à du bœuf wagyu ou de Kobe, pour les palais qui caressent ce péché mignon. Had a great experience our server Jessie was great very attentive to us and friendly. Had great recommendations with the menu and answered all our questions with it being our first time there. The food was all excellent the Wagyu sliders were the highlight of the starters and I went with the Wagyu flat iron steak for the entree def get the truffle butter

Our visit to STK was to celebrate her belated birthday due to an illness and my early birthday (Oct 1), and she's been talking about going for years. Environment, service, and taste of the food were great. Our only issue was the temperature of everything, but my entrée, came out just warm. Which was good for our daughter in that we didn't have to wait to cool anything down for to eat. STK, thank you for helping us celebrate our birthdays. You made our evening, Thank you!

Service and food were excellent. Not sure I’ve ever had a better steak. It’s not cheap but well worth every penny.

STK Disney Springs was nothing special and, to me, not worth the price. The hostesses were friendly, but the rest were not so pleasant. We were doing the Orlando Magical Dining, and as soon as we asked for that menu, it was like our waiter didn't want anything to do with us. He would disappear for long periods, and we would have to ask other servers for drink refills. The appetizers were fine. The sliders were room temp, not hot, and the tuna tartar was good but a little bland. The mushroom risotto was probably the best part of it, flavorful and delicious. The steak we ordered, the potatoes were not fully cooked and oily, the steak was more on the rare side rather than the medium ordered, and the "chimichurri" was mostly oil with very little herbs. The dessert was good, but it took 30 minutes to get us a cold cake after eating. The bathrooms were falling apart, with missing and loose wallpaper, stalls out of service, rusty and misshapen pipes coming out of the wall, soaps and towels not stocked, and dimly lit, to hope you don't notice. The managers didn't ask about our experience; they were only worried about the table next to us because she was a friend of one of the servers. They were catering to her like she was writing a review on them. All in all, save your money. You'll get better value, food, and atmosphere off Disney property.

The food and service were amazing. We really enjoyed our dining experience. Our poor server had a table walk out on their bill while we were there. The rest of the staff jumped in and processed our payments timely. We could have been waiting for a while to get out of there (not to our servers fault). Great to see the staff work as a team.

Poor service and very loud music with live DJ for 7:30pm . Food was mediocre at best. Place is overrated.

Quality of the food has declined significantly. At this point this is just another “Disney” restaurant. Sub par steakhouse with poor quality standards. The staff was great yet the kitchen lacks standards. Tonight ~ Cowboy Ribeye ~ 1st came out Medium Well (visually overdone), 2nd came out rushed and Cold Blue, they sent that one back yet by that time family was done with their meal, when it came back they simply re-fired the $100+ steak. Spend your money elsewhere.
