Le restaurant STK combine astucieusement deux concepts; un steakhouse moderne et un lounge chic. Le grand lounge central est doté de banquettes en cuir rappelant la peau de crocodile. A la mezzanine, il y a une autre salle à manger où vous pourrez profiter de votre repas dans une ambiance plus classique. Des lumières illuminent chaque table, pendant qu'un DJ vous transporte dans un univers musical énergisant tout l'espace. STK Midtown est situé dans le centre de Manhattan, à quelques pas du quartier animé des théâtres. STK Midtown comprend une terrasse extérieure et un bar séparé pendant les mois d'été. Évidemment, le steak est la spécialité du STK. On vous propose des morceaux de viande en 3 tailles: petite, moyenne et grande, ainsi que des options de viande élevée naturellement et des plats de poisson frais du marché. Mis à part le steak, les éléments signature comprennent les frites à l'huile de truffe et parmesan, le "Lil’ BRGs", la queue de homard croustillante, le pudding de maïs et la salade de crabe.

Amazing Birthday dinner!! Bartender was excellent, fantastic drinks and food was remarkable!!!! This is an annual event for us!!

Service was excellent. Steak was like a 8 out of 10 but perfectly cooked. Came with a side of steak sauce but not really needed if you get the butter on the steak, which gets torched on after being served ambience was ok, Seemed a bit too urban for my taste, when it comes to steak houses I prefer the more classic feel and look. this was much more 'modern. tried a couple of sides mashed and mac n cheese traditional were pretty good. The Mac was a little on the salty side. While I understand the desire to pair wines with a good steak the pricing on the wine for the brands listed I think were a bit excessive and not worth it so we went with cocktails which were pretty good, like a 7 out of 10. Unfortunately the glassware smelled as if it didnt get washed properly (I could smell it everytime i took a sip of water. and the silverware was dirty and I had to use my water and napkin to wipe it clean. probably not dried or wiped properly but something i would expect more for this price point.

Great place to grab a meal after watching the Denver Broncos pull of a win in a rain drenched MetLife stadium. My wife and I were able to get a reservation with no problem and were promptly seated. Candice was our server and she did a great job highlighting some items on the menu and getting our drinks quickly. My wife had the sea bass which was cooked to perfection! I opted for the surf and turf with lobster. The filet was cooked perfectly but the lobster was a bit chewy. It was ok but I have had better. We added the confit mushrooms which were a home run! No desert as we opted for ice cream on our way back to the hotel. The highlight of this dinner was having Edwin, the manager, stop by and ask how our meal was and more importantly asking how we were. How great is it that someone takes a minute to ask about you. We chatted for a few minutes and it really did make a good dinner better. The place had a great ambiance and the people and food were very good.

The food and service were great! The noise/music was so loud that we could barely have a conversation. I was under the impression this was a restaurant but it seemed more like a night club that served amazing food.

Very expensive for what you get. Steak was lovely however we felt the food could have been hotter.

The food was good but ridiculously overpriced, especially for the middle of the road service. I dont think my expectations for a $400 meal where too high. I am used to fine dinning and have no problem paying for a good meal, but I have paid much less for better food and service. Very diappointing.

Expected more for a high-end steakhouse. My steak was overcooked which was a big disappointment. Ordered medium and was served as well done which for a filet is just a waste.

STK was a cool vibe for the after work wind down crowd or enjoying a nice dinner. It is a diverse crowd where everyone is respectful of each other. The hostess were nice. The bar staff was helpful in explaining the menu for any items we were unfamiliar with. The portion size is perfect and matched the value for the money spent. Great for meeting friends for happy hour, a client dinner or enjoying a romantic evening with your partner. Recommend for a cool Midtown drop in
