Le restaurant STK combine astucieusement deux concepts; un steakhouse moderne et un lounge chic. Le grand lounge central est doté de banquettes en cuir rappelant la peau de crocodile. A la mezzanine, il y a une autre salle à manger où vous pourrez profiter de votre repas dans une ambiance plus classique. Des lumières illuminent chaque table, pendant qu'un DJ vous transporte dans un univers musical énergisant tout l'espace. STK Midtown est situé dans le centre de Manhattan, à quelques pas du quartier animé des théâtres. STK Midtown comprend une terrasse extérieure et un bar séparé pendant les mois d'été. Évidemment, le steak est la spécialité du STK. On vous propose des morceaux de viande en 3 tailles: petite, moyenne et grande, ainsi que des options de viande élevée naturellement et des plats de poisson frais du marché. Mis à part le steak, les éléments signature comprennent les frites à l'huile de truffe et parmesan, le "Lil’ BRGs", la queue de homard croustillante, le pudding de maïs et la salade de crabe.

For the prices we paid I expected a better service and quality. I had to send my $85 ribeye back because it was overcooked . Asked medium and it was well. No apologies just a new steak after everyone ate their food

We were there for and hour and 45 minutes. Saw our waiter on fly bys 3 times. Appetizer came out exactly at the same time as the main course. All of the steaks were not cooked to requests. They did comp the appetizer. It was VERY loud with pounding music so loud you had to yell across the table. And was very expensive.

Service was absolutely great, but that was about all of the positives. Didn’t have 3 different drinks from the menu, one was on the list from the Gatsby experience which was the reason we went, and it was only 6 pm. Ordered from the prix fixed menu - apps were good, salmon and chicken main courses were so dry we didn’t eat more than a few bites. Desert was good. We were supposed to sit inside but music was way too loud, appreciated the outdoor option. Was way too pricey for the caliber of food we got and disappointed that the featured drinks were not available.

I definitely recommend this place, it’s beautiful and fancy. Also the food and drinks are delicious The waitress Sibela, she is very nice and great

Was a cool vibe but the DJ everynight is a lot. Couldn’t hear the waiter, let alone the people at our table. Had to move outside to have a conversation. I understand a DJ on the weekends but during the week.. a little much.

Terrible experience at STK. there was glass in my tea from a chipped glass. They brought me the wrong steak. They also mixed the steaks on 2 others. Very in organized. They were very slow on drinks. Our waiter did the best he could with what he was working with. I would not recommend this STK location to anyone. My steak was tough and over cooked also. There were to many issues to list them all and they did not offer to take anything off our bill except for the tea that has glass in it. Management never came by at the end to ask us how our experience was. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Food was good, nothing to say at that level kitchen staff did their job correctly. The waiter was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. And the busboys basically aren’t doing anything. We showed up and established we weren’t having alcohols all glasses remained on the table. We had 1 refill of water/drinks throughout the meal, saw the waiter 3 times. Finished appetizers, our mains showed up our plates were still on the table they asked if we wanted them removed! lol… ordered the most expensive steak they have, didn’t torch the butter like all other tables. They were so many small issues with the service, the list goes on. When you pay $600 for food (2 adults/2 kids) service is expected. Do yourself a favour and go to a real steakhouse, my mistake for wanting to try something else this time around…
