Le restaurant STK combine astucieusement deux concepts; un steakhouse moderne et un lounge chic. Le grand lounge central est doté de banquettes en cuir rappelant la peau de crocodile. A la mezzanine, il y a une autre salle à manger où vous pourrez profiter de votre repas dans une ambiance plus classique. Des lumières illuminent chaque table, pendant qu'un DJ vous transporte dans un univers musical énergisant tout l'espace. STK Midtown est situé dans le centre de Manhattan, à quelques pas du quartier animé des théâtres. STK Midtown comprend une terrasse extérieure et un bar séparé pendant les mois d'été. Évidemment, le steak est la spécialité du STK. On vous propose des morceaux de viande en 3 tailles: petite, moyenne et grande, ainsi que des options de viande élevée naturellement et des plats de poisson frais du marché. Mis à part le steak, les éléments signature comprennent les frites à l'huile de truffe et parmesan, le "Lil’ BRGs", la queue de homard croustillante, le pudding de maïs et la salade de crabe.

They have a dj and cool light that make for a super vibey atmosphere. Good was great

The food was delicious, the service was amazing and attentive, but the vibe of the place was too much for me. I didn't know if I was at a dance club or a restaurant. It was difficult talking with my friend and difficult relaxing with the music so loud. Based on the food, I would totally come back. Based on the ambiance, I probably would not. Just not what I'm looking for when dinning at an upscale restaurant.

Went for My Birthday 🥳 Dinner which happened to Be on Labor Day and I must say service was good we noticed our servant had multiple tables and we we’re on a time limit to be at summit for certain time and she did her best her name was Imani ! The food was decent overall on the smaller side portion wise . It’s way different from pictures in the web and other steakhouses I’ve been too but overall tasty we had the House skirt with crab Oscar topping /Lamb with Mac n cheese and creamed spinach . Birthday 🎉 Dessert 🍨 Complimentary and delicious. Great time !

Overall a good time. Our waitress wasn’t too friendly but she got the job done. Would recommend and will go back.

I had a great experience at STK. The food was phenomenal and exquisite. The steak we was well cooked. I celebrated my father’s 55 birthday and my waiter Christian made it a great experience for my father’s first time. The drinks were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal experience from the super attentive service at the front, to the service of Jack at our table. Steak was cooked to a perfect Medium Rare with proper marbling and a good sear- very “melt in your mouth”! Drinks were delicious and flavorful. DJ is on point, Great managerial presence on the floor by Q and Shane! This is truly vibe dining!!

Overcharged for every item. Filet was overcooked for all of us and smaller than 10oz. At $74 it should have been bigger than a meatball. $32 Lobster Mac had no Lobster and was more of a “lobster cream sauce” and was also tiny. We were charged $12 for each tiny shrimp on a plate. Not big fresh shrimp cocktail, small cooked shrimps. None of this was communicated and even the 20% tip I left works out to 23% of the bill. Guessing this was a credit card fee. Very rushed bill and fees never communicated. I’ve been here dozens of times over the past decade and always loved it but it has changed lately. Clearly has gone downhill in quality and service now.

Food was excellent as was the value - lunch special was a great deal. However, service was slow. Server was nowhere to be found but water attendant was courteous and helpful.

I recently dined at STK for my birthday and had a generally enjoyable experience, but there were a few areas that could have been improved. I ordered the porterhouse, which I was excited about, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The steak was not cooked to the medium well that I requested and lacked the flavor I was hoping for. Given the reputation of STK, I expected better from such a premium cut. However, the sides were absolutely amazing, and they definitely elevated the meal. The highlight of the evening was our server, Justin, who provided exceptional service. He was attentive to my dietary restrictions, specifically my allergies to cilantro and parsley, and ensured that these ingredients were not on my plate. He even went the extra mile by bringing out alternative butter for my bread , which I really appreciated. Justin’s service was top-notch and made the dining experience much better. Overall, the service and sides were great, but I was disappointed with the porterhouse. I hope to have a better steak experience on my next visit.
