Le STK allie avec talent deux concepts, à savoir un steakhouse moderne et un lounge chic. Le grand coin salon central arbore des banquettes en cuir de couleur crème et du carrelage à la texture de crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée pour un repas plus formel. L'éclairage théâtral illumine chaque table, tandis que des miroirs fumés vous permettront d'apercevoir le reste du cadre pendant que le DJ crée une ambiance énergique dans l'ensemble de l’établissement. Le STK Meatpacking est situé au cœur du Meatpacking District de New York et reste l'établissement phare de la marque. Bradley Day, le chef exécutif, est à la tête de la cuisine de ce restaurant aménagé sur 4 étages. Comme prévu, le steak est l'attraction principale. Le STK propose plusieurs coupes de viande (petites, moyennes et grandes), des produits élevés naturellement et des entrées à base de poisson frais du marché. wanted to go here for a nice date after visiting the whitney. it was WAY too loud, music blasting like it was a club. my partner and i decided to leave before the server even finished pouring our water. i was really looking forward to trying the food but i see it's not the vibe for me

Visited during 2025 restaurant week. Sat by the bar while I waited for my party and had a nice cocktail, it was good. For dinner I have the wagyu burger to start and calamari, the salmon with the wagyu garlic butter (with broccolini)and tator tots. Everything was so good. Very satisfied. It was a great balance of flavors. Victoria recommended the butter choice which really brought it to another level. She was patience and helpful as the group were all first timers at STK. I had the apple crumble for dessert, I would’ve loved a bit more ice cream, but other than that. Amazing amazing!

This was my first visit to STK and I had a great experience. The food was excellent, with very high prices to match. The service was great, and I was able to easily make a reservation on short notice. Also easily found close parking on the street. I would definitely return to this location, especially if I was celebrating a special occasion. Highly recommended.

Korrine our server was exceptional as well as the other staff members who served us-including the able waiter who put out our menu fire!!! BUT the space feels too club for our tastes a 125. Steak doesn’t need to feel stodgy but the music choice for dining and the decibel level too high for conversation. Guess we’ve aged out!
