The embassy suites is located just up the street from the Niagara Fallsview Casino. Steps from the Niagara Parks Railway with direct access to Niagara Falls. Just a 2 minute walk from both the OLG Stage located at the Fallsview Casino. There is onsite parking available for dinner guests - Proof of receipt may be required. (Self Park) There is a parking garage as well as an uncovered parking lot. (Based on availability) There is also a parking lot down the street that provides a shuttle service to the hotel / restaurants if for some reason the lots onsite are full. Valet is offered 7 days a week during operating hours. Rates vary depending on the day, season and availability.

Our server Paul was outstanding / appetizer maple bacon and burrata were amazing! Customer service from the front door Chloe - who checked is in to Emma who accommodated our seating choice were top notch! Thanks to Mgrs Kristie and Courtney for making sure our evening was perfect

The food was great but could be better for a five star restaurant. As a recommendation offer to bring a bucket of ice for customers table if they order sparkling water in the bottle not just ice in a cup. Would recommend the Lamp Chop and Lobster Mac those were really good. It’s also a bit too dark in the Restaurant at night. The ambience was great just wish they put a nice ceiling design like Louis Louis that would have been legendary.

Horrible experience. Reserved over a month prior NYE. Arrived 15 minutes earlier, when the table was assigned it was not working. We asked for another option they did not offer any they were more than happy to just see us leave. The manager was the worst, useless! For sure we did not want to give them our money after this. But what a sad experience on NYE. But we ended at a better place!

Our witer was good but the one problem we had is i specifically has for no onions in my burger and they failed to follow those instructions.

Great ambience, nice vibe, however when it came to the food there were issues. Firstly, they brought all of our food at once steaks and appetizers together when they were supposed to bring just the appetizers we had to send the steak back then when they did bring the steak it wasn’t cooked properly and we had to send it back. One of us was eating while the other one watched. I must say the oysters and the shrimp cocktail were amazing! The asparagus came stringy and noticeably old. Loaded, baked potato was OK. For the price of this location and I’ve been to many high-end steakhouses in my lifetime. The value that you get is not worth what they charge. The steaks were not cooked to perfection! The DJ that played the music played the same four or five songs over and over again and it was far too loud for a dinner atmosphere. I have been to other STK locations and this one by far seems to be like a nightclub and not a upscale steakhouse.

Worst dining experience ever! Not only for us but the tables around us had a very similar experience. The food was barely edible, the filets were not a prime cut and the price point suggests they should be. Don’t waste your money, there are plenty of great options in the area but this is not I’ve of them. Additionally the music is so loud you have to scream to talk and at least 3 times during the 1.5 hours we were there girls came running through with lights and shots while the DJ played an everyone do shots chant. Not a fine dining experience

You pay for the view... The food is not good. No respectful steak house should serve BBQ sauce with a $130.00 steak. However the sause was needed because the steak was dry and lifeless, loaded baked potato was not fully cooked and salmon was bland. Skip this restaurant - Save your money.

The service was amazing the food was poor I’ve heard good things about this franchise but for what you get and the price I was so disappointed Our server was amazing and very accommodating she could tell we weren’t satisfied so she compensated a portion of the meal

We are super pleased with our expriance at this location. The food was amazing , the view was unbeatable and our server Eva took great care of us . couldn’t be more pleased we will be back!
