    Dinner reservations for 2 at 7:30 pm Christmas Day. Figured it would be busy/crowded, but didn't get to sit down until 8:30pm. Food tasted like it had been sitting a while before it came to our table. Service was ok. Since they also had pick up orders looks like they were backed up in bringing out food and short on dessert options. I've been to many other STK restaurants in different states on Christmas Day that were more organized.

    We had a reservation for 7:30pm, and it was chaotic when we arrived. It was obvious they were running behind, but they told us they were only on a 20-30 minute wait which did not seem accurate based on the number of people waiting. Our wait, with a reservation, was an hour. I wish they had been upfront on the actual wait since we could have made the decision to eat somewhere else. The wait on the food was also longer than usual, so I am assuming the kitchen was struggling. The people next to us were seated before us and waited even longer for their meal and it came out incorrect. I saw the manager looking at the chaos from the second level, but I did not see him check in with any patrons. A good manager would be checking in with clients on a busy night, especially with how behind everything was running. Also, a complimentary starter or other item can go a long way in making people less grumpy, and I did not see anyone attempting to make up for the serious issues going on.

    Jasmine did an excellent job as our server. The kitchen struggled, and my observation is that they got hit with way too many to-go/doordash orders (this was Christmas Day and they were one of very few restaurants open). I’m sure the to-go orders were lucrative but it degraded the dine-in experience.

    If 2012 decor and vibes are your thing-this is the place for you. We were sat in a weird room with decor clearly picked up from at home & had overpriced food. To be fair Christmas night was busy but this place needs a refresh to justify the pricing.

    Our first visit. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Tables are kind of tight but the food was amazing.

    If zero stars was an option that would be my rating. I totally get today was a holiday, but don’t overbook. Reservations were for 6:45- finally got sat at 7:35, our waiter didn’t introduce himself- just came to the table and asked if flat water was ok. Our water stayed empty for over 20 minutes and once we got our food we weren’t visited again. As someone who has worked in the service industry before, absolutely unacceptable. I get you were busy, but service is still required to an extent. I know we chose to go out on a holiday night but this experience was the worst one yet. Will not be back and will not recommend.

    First time to a STK and highly disappointed. It was Christmas and busy but the service was extremely slow even for how busy it was. If you are paying $75+/steak you’d expect much better than we received. The food came out cold and without the additional steak toppings so we had to wait even longer for them to get it right. To top it all off both of us were sick to our stomachs after eating here. For the cost of this place I’d highly recommend any other high level steakhouse in the area.

    Decent vibe. Server had no personality, drinks were small , food was mediocre and was expensive for what was served. Some of the food came out cold. Don’t like spending our money in corporate restaurants and this proves as to why. Plenty of high end steakhouses that have far better atmosphere and much better food and service . We have no issues spending $500 on a dinner and expected that “wow” factor with what you would expect at high end restaurants. This was a total bust and highly disappointing. Save your time and money and find a local independent steakhouse that makes you feel like family.
