Le STK vous propose astucieusement une formule deux en un : le steakhouse moderne et le salon chic. Le grand salon central est aménagé avec des banquettes en cuir crème et du carrelage imitation crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée, adaptée aux repas plus formels. Toutes les tables sont illuminées par un éclairage de scène théâtrale, tandis qu'un DJ investit tout l'espace d'une énergie communicative. Le STK Miami vous accueille au cœur de Miami Beach, pour le côté animé de New York au rythme de South Beach. Le chef cuisinier Aaron Taylor dirige la cuisine de ce restaurant de 2 étages situé dans l'établissement 1 Hotel and Resorts. Les steaks font bien sûr partie intégrante de la carte. Doté d'un esprit résolument féminin, le STK propose plusieurs coupes de viande (petites, moyennes et grandes), ainsi que des produits élevés naturellement et des plats de résistance à base de poisson frais du marché. Maybe not the best time for a first time visit on Valentine’s Day ; but it didn’t exactly meet my expectations and it’s quite honestly overrated and i assume they did the best they could given the holiday but the squeezing everyone in just did not work for me was very cramped and tight . Not sure if i I’ll give another go on a regular night , overall just OK.

The food lacked flavor. Steak was over cooked. The only thing that was really good was the lobster tail. The service was great, staff was really nice and accommodating.

The food, the atmosphere, the service, all around 5 star experience! The music keeps you feeling upbeat. The savory steak, the flame melted butter table side over my dry aged bone in rib eye was to die for! My wife and I celebrated our 11th anniversary here last night and it was a great experience to our Miami evening.

Had an amazing experience at STK Miami! The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were on point. The ambiance was lively and upscale, making it the perfect spot for a night out. The service was also fantastic—attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great steakhouse with a fun vibe in Miami! Can’t wait to come back.

Dined with Michel (Miguel) as our server last night and everything was excellent. Service was timely, and friendly. We tried the special Valentine’s Day pre fixed menu, and everything came out delicious. Would definitely recommend

Had an amazing experience at STK! The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were top-tier. everything came out perfect. The vibe was lively, and the staff was super attentive. Definitely a must visit spot if you’re in Miami Beach can’t wait to go back!
