Le STK vous propose astucieusement une formule deux en un : le steakhouse moderne et le salon chic. Le grand salon central est aménagé avec des banquettes en cuir crème et du carrelage imitation crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée, adaptée aux repas plus formels. Toutes les tables sont illuminées par un éclairage de scène théâtrale, tandis qu'un DJ investit tout l'espace d'une énergie communicative. Le STK Miami vous accueille au cœur de Miami Beach, pour le côté animé de New York au rythme de South Beach. Le chef cuisinier Aaron Taylor dirige la cuisine de ce restaurant de 2 étages situé dans l'établissement 1 Hotel and Resorts. Les steaks font bien sûr partie intégrante de la carte. We booked months in advance because of the wonderful reviews. Our service was almost absent, our appetizer was tasteless (calamari), we waited with empty drinks. The steaks were amazing but what really ruined it was the service. For the money, we just felt very unappreciated and there were only a couple tables occupied in the restaurant. Our bill for 2 steaks and drinks with one appetizer was $350, and then we left a tip. We went for our anniversary and just words can’t describe the disappointment for the money we spent.

Great ambiance, great service, staff is nice and attentative. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for something on the nicer side for special occasions especially.

STK was well worth it! The service was outstanding and the Porterhouse steak with the truffle butter hit the spot. I would def recommend STK Miami.

The food was delicious. The lamp chops 10/10. Lobster tails grilled to perfection and the steak scrumptious. Definitely going again!!!!

Last night was my second time dining at this location and my experiences were night and day. Very disappointed in the inconsistent service. I came for my birthday back in June and everything was excellent. We came for my mother’s birthday last night and am very disappointed in this establishment considering what we paid to dine. The waiter was fine and very nice. But they were out of multiple things we ordered. We ordered from the Miami Spice menu which consists of 3 courses starting at $60. I ordered the Tuna Tartare app and was later informed that the kitchen had ran out. That was fine considering they offered to replace it with a Calamari. The Calamari and Sliders were tasty and the cocktails were very good and strong. For entrees we both upgraded to Ribeyes. I had the Ribeye back in June and remembered it being a very thick and tender cut. I’m not sure if they’ve changed the cuts, or gave us different Ribeyes because we ordered off the Miami Spice menu, but the cuts they brought us were VERY thin and the meat was very chewy and tough. I was extremely disappointed considering how good the steak was on my prior visit. Our sides were delicious we had the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. We had initially ordered the cream corn, but once again we were later informed that the kitchen had ran out. People often describe STK as a club meets high end steakhouse which is an apt description (the good and the bad). The atmosphere is very fun and lively with the live DJ. The women’s bathroom was horrendous. Not only was it a mess, but when we went to use it the lights weren’t working and there were women in there using the flashlights on their phones to navigate the bathroom. Finally, I understand that we were dining very late, but was nonetheless surprised when staff began rearranging furniture to close up and added chairs to our table while we were still sitting there dining. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this experience and cannot see myself returning

Overall a 3 star due to the service and food, place is not a restaurant, went to have family dinner and place was blasting music like a club, had to get closer to my waitress in order to be able to understand half to what they were saying… in addition went during MIAMI SPICE and they don’t even include the menu when you are received.. lastly prices …… thats a whole other topic way too high $22 dóllar drinks is crazy for the quality of them, and everything in the many is sold separately main course, side you have to individually pay for each side plus the main course get ready for a $300+ check not including the already forced tip.. avoid if you are trying to enjoy family time and dinner

Warmly welcomed as soon as we got to the door. We had reservations and was seated immediately. The service was good and the wait time from the time it was ordered to the time it came to the table was very quick. I will be back and highly recommend

Felt like they kept rushing us out even though it were empty. Got the spicy watermelon drink but it was filled with too many jalapeño seeds to the point that my lips were on fire.
