Le STK vous propose astucieusement une formule deux en un : le steakhouse moderne et le salon chic. Le grand salon central est aménagé avec des banquettes en cuir crème et du carrelage imitation crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée, adaptée aux repas plus formels. Toutes les tables sont illuminées par un éclairage de scène théâtrale, tandis qu'un DJ investit tout l'espace d'une énergie communicative. Le STK Miami vous accueille au cœur de Miami Beach, pour le côté animé de New York au rythme de South Beach. Le chef cuisinier Aaron Taylor dirige la cuisine de ce restaurant de 2 étages situé dans l'établissement 1 Hotel and Resorts. Les steaks font bien sûr partie intégrante de la carte. Doté d'un esprit résolument féminin, le STK propose plusieurs coupes de viande (petites, moyennes et grandes), ainsi que des produits élevés naturellement et des plats de résistance à base de poisson frais du marché. It's not advertised even on the local STK's website but Sunday to Thursday, they have a full course dinner for 2 at $69 pp. I got the 2 Wagyu l'il burgers that's $29 on the menu, the 14 oz boneless NY strip $71, side of asparagus $20, and we shared a $19 dessert and $60 bottle of cabernet. It would have been $160 but the special was $69. The Wagyu burgers and strip steak were great.

Very attentive and friendly service. Standard steaks but hit the spot. A bit pricey but that just seems to be Miami.

The only thing that was good about this place was how friendly Cisco at the host stand was & how kind our server Olivia was. STK has been my favorite steakhouse for the longest and this location has to be the worst. The kitchen had brought out the incorrect steaks. but then to top it off, got charged for more than what I had ordered & recieved. A place this expensive should be better about monitoring the food runners. The place was not busy at all for a mistake like this. It’s just super disappointing.

Food was ok. Steak was a little dry. Cooked perfectly but still texture was not tender and they were not seasoned super well. Bland. Service was also good but not great. Two servers seemed to be inconsistently attentive. At times great. But at other times they kind of disappeared. (Ordered coffee after dinner and it took over ten mins to be delivered). My evaluation may be a little harsh but $200 a person I do expect high quality.

Our waiter Pedro took great care of us especially with an allergy at the table. Wonderful recommendations. We loved everything! Entire staff was attentive! Amazing food!

I absolutely loved my experience at STK! I went with the Steak Night Dinner Menu for Two, and at $69, it’s an absolute steal! The food was not only incredibly delicious, but the service from Greg was outstanding—he truly went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable. He deserves all the praise! I’ll 100% be back!
