Le STK vous propose astucieusement une formule deux en un : le steakhouse moderne et le salon chic. Le grand salon central est aménagé avec des banquettes en cuir crème et du carrelage imitation crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée, adaptée aux repas plus formels. Toutes les tables sont illuminées par un éclairage de scène théâtrale, tandis qu'un DJ investit tout l'espace d'une énergie communicative. Le STK Miami vous accueille au cœur de Miami Beach, pour le côté animé de New York au rythme de South Beach. Le chef cuisinier Aaron Taylor dirige la cuisine de ce restaurant de 2 étages situé dans l'établissement 1 Hotel and Resorts. Les steaks font bien sûr partie intégrante de la carte. Fred & Team in South Beach provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Ambience was fun with live DJ and food arrived on time and everything was amazing.

Very good vibe, music a bit too loud to hold a conversation. Staff were very attentive and we were seated promptly. Food over priced but it was nice.

My only recommendation is to enforce a more upscale dress code to match the price point. Beach wear and sneakers should not be allowed

I have always been a fan of STK and have been there multiple times and even had an event there, but last night was probably my LAST time there. The food was mediocre, service was terrible, the whole restaurant was HOT and not the usual vibe. I drive there from Weston although we have numerous great steakhouses up here but this was very disappointing. Our waitress was BLAH, took forever for everything, and was literally a robot. The drinks were terrible, and my husbands old fashion was barely halfway. Super hot and uncomfortable. Fries arrived cold. Bread we had to ask for then even got their well after the apps. All around not the same. What changed?
