This is the restaurant attached to the hotel. After a long day we wanted easy so we elected STK. They were crowded because of an event at the hotel. The only complaint was the food. I’ve eaten at other STKs and this was my least favorite. Calamari no seasoning, bread overcooked and no butter, pasta no seasoning. My husband liked his sea bass but they brought the blackening seasoning on the side, which we thought was unusual. Service was good and friendly just not fast. I give them a pass on the service because they were very busy.

I had an amazing dinner last night at STK DC !!! The food was fabulous, my lemon drop martini was delicious and my waiter was the BEST, Izzy. The restaurant was full of energy and the music was pumping with a great atmosphere. What a great experience, it was pricy but worth it. I've been to STK in South Beach, Las Vegas, Atlanta, NYC and now DC. STK doesn't disappoint, EVER!

THE HOST WAS SUPER SWEET, I THINK HER NAME WAS BRITTANY OR BRI, BUT LAMUMBA WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I DIDN’T WANT TO CONTINUE DINING, BECAUSE HE WAS VERY DISTASTEFUL! HE WAS YELLING AT HIS OTHER STAFF & BEING VERY RUDE. OTHERWISE, THE RESTAURANT IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL, JUST SUCKS TO HAVE SUCH A HORRIBLE SERVER WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE SERVING PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Fantastic steak. Cooked perfectly. Wonderful sides. Starter salad was good but similar to other restaurants, not anything exceptional. Apple pie for desert was the best I’ve EVER had. Don’t skip. Ran out of water and had to flag down a server to ask for more.
