This was my first time going to STK, and it will definitely be my last. The service was great. The atmosphere was nice. Not loud at all. It's definitely a more intimate vibe. Which I loved. I would give all of the above 10/10. If you photo kind of girl you will get good photos there. The food was trash.... garbage!!!!!!!!!! It's for sure overpriced. I told out waiter it was no way we paid all this money for the little amount of food and the taste was poor. I wanted to love it. Tiktok hyped it up and I have no clue why. I total was $169. I don't drink and my date did not want to drink that night as well as he was the driver. We order calamari, short ribs and seas bass. It came with 20 pieces if calamari for $32. The short ribs were $59 and it was not a rib!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was pulled pork.. and it amount you got was the size of a half dollars bill. I got the bass. I think it was the normal size. I always order Bass. It was $66 none of these had sides. Wait the "ribs" had under a scoop of mashed potatoes. None of out food was good. Like how can you mess up on a sea bass. The calamari tasted like it came out of a bag. I wanted to love this place. I just knew I would. But I did not. And my Valentine's was ruined. I wish there never closed the Eddie V's in Dallas. I swear they were they were one of the best steak houses in Dallas.

It was terrible. Over crowded, barely had somewhere to stand for or walk. Despite having a reservation, they made we wait 30 minutes for my table and was told I have 1 hour to dine and leave. Food was not that good, had to wait 20 minutes on my car to brought back to me from valet. This place is not worth the trouble.

First, had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, while waiting, everybody was standing in the entrance like cattle in a corral. Tomahawk had too much fat and truffle fries were too salty, for the amount of money I spent there, I will never go back.

Had a great experience… will definitely go back.. food was very good and was brought out on time.. our server was great as well

I won’t be back. I waited 30 mins to be seated after checking in for my reservation. I was seated and given one paper menu to share. The tables are extremely close to each other. My steak was rare, when i ordered medium well. The food is definitely not worth the price.The shot i ordered , definitely was not the alcohol i requested. The waiter was not pleasant at all. When leaving, the Valet just parked our car, opened the doors and walked off.

The experience was wonderful, the food awesome and the ambience was great. I read about STK before I went there and knew what I was expecting, especially on a day after Valentines day and on a Saturday. Reservation is a must if you don't want to wait too long. As a casual diner I would recommend this restaurant as a place definitely for special occasions and celebration. Again I truly enjoyed myself there with my wife and highly recommend at least trying it once.

Overall decent food but the atmosphere and value for our money was skewed towards the bottom of steakhouses in the area.
