All the seafood was very fishy tasting and smell. Waiter Erica was nice and I know It was close to closing but she never came back for refills and another server told us there was no ice for refills. My filet was supposed to be medium well and Butterflied. It was overcooked. This was our first and last time.

The service was terrible and the overall experience was not good. I would not return.

We amazing experience… Great food and great atmosphere! And loved the STK Mule! Our server MacKensie was awesome! And we appreciated the manager coming by to check on us.

Went during happy hour. Food came out cold. Waited for food they continued to say was coming but then said they were out. Jr Management was not looking to resolve short comings. The sr manager at least offered an apology.

Server did not ask everyone at table for drink order, water was never refilled for anyone at the table, food was super slow to come out even though restaurant wasn't busy. Unfriendly server. Bread fell apart on all sandwiches. Overall a letdown especially given the cost.

The ambience, the dj, the host & server, Rose the red head, made our girls’ night! The food was decent, not great.

Unfortunately, won’t be visiting the Charlotte STK anymore. :( I’ve visited this franchise in Salt Lake City, Atlanta and New York… for some reason the Charlotte location continuously pails in comparison. I’m really disappointed to write this as a Charlotte resident however yesterday’s visit which was possibly my 10th time visiting this location was the last straw. I went to enjoy social hour with a friend… The restaurant had around six tables seated on the patio and two tables seated inside. We elected to sit on the patio and made eye contact with at least three servers after being seated by the hostess. 28 minutes passed before we were greeted (We used the ParkMobile app to pay for parking, which gives you a timer on your lock screen, which is the only reason we knew how much time had passed since we walked into the restaurant and we’re actually greeted by a server), given water and had our food&drink orders taken. We even tried to get the attention of a waitress who told us someone would be out to help us soon… 10 more minutes passed after that interaction before our server came. Our glasses were dirty, we requested clean glasses, and those glasses were so dirty that we didn’t drink any water during lunch. My friends order came out wrong. We both ordered STK and frites which were absolutely drenched in sauce and the steak was undercooked i’m saying this because I’ve ordered this menu item several times and this one was distinctly different from each other time. The flavor was still good so we ate it anyway. The one item I was forced to send back was my cocktail because it was not drinkable. I was pleased when a manager came by to ask how our experience was and at that time I just told him that it took a long time for anyone to greet us, but when he asked us how the experience was, he literally said “besides the service how is everything “ which is a wild question to ask as if the service should be excused. It was the worst service I’ve had in a long time.
