We had an amazing time at STK Charlotte as we dine a lot at the other STK venues. Collin was amazing and he made sure to take care of us. We celebrated a bday and could not be more happy. Thank you to the wonder people.

Extremely overpriced food. We were very disappointed with the tomahawk steak we ordered it medium rare... and it was delivered to our table well done. lacked flavor...and was overcooked and very charred. Was told by the waiter that they did not give out to-go cups for dinks. Raw Oyster app was low quality and should not have been served to me. Server was just ok. Will not be returning to this restaurant. Save yourself the trouble and go to Ruth's Chris!

Disappointing for a high end steakhouse with high prices. Food was mediocre and everything lacked salt and flavor. Expensive for the food to just be average. Tables were also very close together and the music was to loud, hard to even talk over. Very disappointing, and a waste of money, was my wife’s 30th birthday too, definitely not the dinner we hoped for.

I’ve been here multiple tunes before and in other states! This day was about my daughter’s 18th birthday! We arrived 10 mins earlier than our reservation time and still stood and waited for over an hour told to attend the bar while we waited! It was extremely crowded and uncomfortable in the waiting! Hostess weren’t helpful with this at all!! People were getting agitated including us!! All that waiting for the smallest table near the main bar!! Or waiter was all over the place and skipped us like 6 times before we ordered!! Drinks were great yet food came out lukewarm!! We sat so close to the door that it made us colder!! SMH my daughter enjoyed it because she’s never been but for us adults who know what quality of service is we weren’t impressed at all!! This will be my last visit here!! Other STK in other states we’ve visited are way better!! Starting to affect the vibes of the brand!!

Service started good. But waitress started serving a party and my service turned to crap. no water refills, no chance to get salt or pepper till food was almost gone. Very poor service for a combined meal check of over $500. I took over 40 minutes to get the check after the meal was eaten and we were ready to leave. I will not return due to the very poor service.

Definitely top 5 places. If you’re ever in Charlotte and looking for a good steak place. Everything was so yummy!! We have hit every steak place in Raleigh, that being said….knocked down a place or two sorry not sorry. #worthit #stksteakhouse Our waitress Olivia was so sweet and the other staff were all nice. Definitely can’t wait to go back !

The service was awful, took 30 minutes before anyone even came to table to even fill water - when food came it was rush and yet somehow cold - overpriced and no make goods even though a completely awful experience - I don’t blame The staff but the restaurant isn’t helping the staff level up in any way

I waited 35 minutes past my reservation. My server was in a bad mood and her service was horrible. The food wasn’t worth the money. It was very subpar. I’m very disappointed this was a birthday dinner for my best friend and myself.
