The service was pretty good, but due to the LIVE DJ, it was VERY noisey! The food was ok, the steaks that my husband and I ordered were seasoned well but we received the wrong steaks than ordered and they were not cooked to the correct temperature. The experience was not what I expected and I more than likely will not return to this restaurant chain.

The food was awesome. The prices are higher than average but the quality of food justifies the prices. I enjoyed the service equally. Will definitely be back.

The kitchen kept making mistakes on our food but the server did amazing. I just wish the kitchen would do better because it reflects on the server.

The food was overpriced for what you get and there’s no personal space because it seems like you’re on top of the person sitting next to you on your right or left side so it was just overcrowded

Beautiful ambiance however a dress code needs to be reinforced. A better quality of table host who are knowledgeable about the menu. More hands in the kitchen on high volume days and/or times.

We were in Charlotte for work and wanted to dine in. We chose STK. Food delicious, our server McKenzie was great, put our order in quick and got it in a timely manner as we were with a baby and she made sure we get to eat before our baby wakes up:) Everything was great.

Ordered the steak fried rice it literally was all rice and only 3 fingernail sized pieces of steak on the plate. The mashed potatoes were soupy. My steak was good as ever tho. Wasn’t worth the $216 bill AT ALL.

We came on Valentine’s Day. They were way over crowded, which would have been fine if the level of service and quality of food was equal to the price. The crab Oscar was tiny and more shell than crab. The servers were too busy to deliver a fine dining experience. We won’t go back .
