The experience was very disappointing, there were 6 people at the reception desk about 8 open tables and we had to wait 45 minutes for our table. No one seemed to care. Our server was lovely but we had to ask for things three times. At this price point it should be much much better. Definitely disappointing experience

Isaiah was excellent with service. Managers that stopped by were very cool. Their outdoor seating has a great atmosphere. We will be back

The service was good, food was flavorful and served fairly well. I would say the value was lacking though. The menu prices were very high. That’s expected but wouldn’t really consider this a steakhouse. The vibe seemed more like a high end restaurant/night club. The music was catchy but super loud. The type of younger, trendy crowd you’re trying to attract is definitely evident.

It was very hard to enjoy everything after a very long wait all our food and appetizers were coming out back to back. Our sides came out before our appetizers and they had to send it back. Also our steaks were almost finished before we received our sauce boards. Our appetizers were not on the table longer than 10 minutes before they started clearing our table for the main dishes.

Giovanni is a great addition to the waitstaff. I remember first meeting him during grand opening when he was a server assistant. Glad he’s still with the team and has been able to move up. He was so professional, very attentive, and right there whenever needed him. The steak night menu is such a great value! I love chef David, lol. #gogiants

Took my 16yr old to STK to celebrate his birthday and the food & service was amazing. Our server REMY was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were ON POINT! Music was at the right level, where you can move in your seat, but not YELL across the table while trying to converse. Will definitely return for DATE NIGHT!
