Best experience i have ever had: location was walking distance away from a free public parking at Bellevue Square. STK's ambiance was super outstanding, it was very clean and cozy. There were several employees that have attended to our needs. They accommodated us with a good table. They were all very friendly and the service were quick. The food was fresh, and the taste was outstanding. Our veteran's celebration was very memorable at STK. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Es la primera vez que vamos con mi hijo a celebrar su cumpleaños y honestamente nos fascinó la comida! La mesera y demás personas que nos atendieron de lo mejor! Muy amables, atentos y el ambiente de lo mejor! Música perfecta para disfrutar de una deliciosa cena y todo está súper delicioso y el lugar hermoso! Le doy 5 estrellas porque no puedo dar más !

The service was the most disappointing part about being there. I have been there before but last night they really let me down.

We eat at high quality steaks at restaurants and order Australian Waygu at home. The Porterhouse we ordered seemed flavorless & over salted. Good thing we didn’t take the sever’s recommendation on her upsell of a sauce or rub. I asked if the crab cakes were gluten friendly, without breadcrumbs. She assured me “yes”, but I had her go check anyway. Good thing, because they do have breadcrumbs in them. We also ordered the mashed potatoes which come with Parmesan & breadcrumbs on top. I ordered them without breadcrumbs. Both my son and I thought the breadcrumbs were on top. I asked her, she said, “no, that’s Parmesan.” I asked her to take them back anyway and give us an order without anything on top. The salad came pretty quickly and had way too much Blu cheese dressing…which was more milky than typically Blu cheese is. They rushed to clean up our salad plates when we were only 1/2 done and out came the Porterhouse, luke warm. The mushrooms had way too much bacon; overcooked, oily and salty. Tasted as if they were just hanging around. Didn’t have our water filled up once; and was asked if we wanted dessert before 1/2 our steak was eaten. You decide if that’s worth $230.

Upbeat ambiance especially on Halloween! All of the staff looked amazing, and definitely gave off club more than high-end steakhouse. The food was OK but definitely a fun place to come with friends.

The food at STK Steakhouse was wonderful. Their steak, sea bass, and lobster linguine were excellent dishes that surpassed our expectations. However, it was extremely disappointing how subpar the service was at such an esteemed restaurant. We booked a 7:30pm reservation yesterday (10/26) morning, and walked in on time to a female hostess who greeted us with a smug look on her face. After waiting for 20 minutes, we asked the hostess if there were any updates regarding our table status and she said that they’d seat us at the next open table, with no estimated time frame and absolutely no curtesy to our prolonged waiting. Despite overbooking the restaurant, the most disappointing part of the service was her unwelcoming and rude attitude, along with the lack of accommodation. After finally being escorted to our table, we struggled to even sit down as the tables were spaced inches apart. The poor service at the door did not stop with the service at the table. Our waitress hovered over us while we paid the bill. This was extremely uncomfortable and intimidating, given that it is the norm to give the customer privacy while making the tip selection. Overall, the ambiance of STK was not worth the price of the food.

The food was ok! I was hoping for more variety. The service however, SUPERB! The one thing that I didn’t like was, STK has this portal like camera station that isn’t flattering for Persons of Color. Me as a black woman, I was so disappointed that I couldn’t see myself on this camera that all customers have access to the photos.
