The food was ok! I was hoping for more variety. The service however, SUPERB! The one thing that I didn’t like was, STK has this portal like camera station that isn’t flattering for Persons of Color. Me as a black woman, I was so disappointed that I couldn’t see myself on this camera that all customers have access to the photos.

The food at STK Steakhouse was wonderful. Their steak, sea bass, and lobster linguine were excellent dishes that surpassed our expectations. However, it was extremely disappointing how subpar the service was at such an esteemed restaurant. We booked a 7:30pm reservation yesterday (10/26) morning, and walked in on time to a female hostess who greeted us with a smug look on her face. After waiting for 20 minutes, we asked the hostess if there were any updates regarding our table status and she said that they’d seat us at the next open table, with no estimated time frame and absolutely no curtesy to our prolonged waiting. Despite overbooking the restaurant, the most disappointing part of the service was her unwelcoming and rude attitude, along with the lack of accommodation. After finally being escorted to our table, we struggled to even sit down as the tables were spaced inches apart. The poor service at the door did not stop with the service at the table. Our waitress hovered over us while we paid the bill. This was extremely uncomfortable and intimidating, given that it is the norm to give the customer privacy while making the tip selection. Overall, the ambiance of STK was not worth the price of the food.

STK is the BEST place to dine for Happy Hour! It is fun, vibrant and the cocktails and food are FAB! The freshness of the entrees and the menu selections keep me returning time after time when I am on the Eastside. If you want a good cocktail, highly recommend one of their signature cocktails. My personal favorite is the Spiced Watermelon. I also enjoy the Unchained Passion. Now for the food choices. During Happy Hour --- we tried almost everything on the menu and EVERYTHING was AMAZINGLY good, delectable and freshly prepared. We had Oysters on the Half Shell, Lil' Burger & Truffle Fries, Wagyu Meatballs, Tuna Tartare Taco, Crispy Calamari, Jalapeño Pickled Shrimp Cocktail, STK & Frites and Chocolate Chip Cookie with Ice Cream. We left feeling happy and quite satisfied! Our waiter was excellent and knew exactly when to swing by the table to assist. He made good suggestions and was not imposing. The rest of the wait staff kept our table clean removing dirty china and replacing them with clean china for more food. Love that STK serves warm bread as you are waiting for your food. Many restaurants charge for fresh bread now. They do not and this was so appreciated. Highly recommend STK to dine with friends, colleagues, perfect for date night, girls night out or whatever the occasion may be. Well worth it, plus they validate parking! Something that other areas can learn to keep patrons returning and not feeling nickled and dimed by parking garages and metered parking.

Food was ok but not best steakhouse I’ve been to. Real downside here was terrible service. Our server would go AWOL for long stretches causing us to be late for an event we were headed to after dinner When we canceled dessert because we were running late, we were told they had to take our information and it would take a week to refund it. Really??? Won’t be back. Don’t recommend you go either.

Great food and excellent service. We very much appreciated having a room for our party even though we hadn't specifically booked one. Definitely hope to return when our team has its next meeting in the Bellevue area.

It was our first time here, went for an anniversary dinner. Food was great! Service wasn’t pretty bad. Not usually one to complain but it was multiple things. Small things, but bad. We didn’t get our drinks til after we had been eating for awhile. We were very hurried, waitress kept asking if they could take plates to clear us out. We were still eating and she asked if she could bring us a box. She didn’t refill our waters. She didn’t ask if we wanted another drink or even dessert. We were still eating and she brought the check. There were at least 10+ open tables in our section and nobody waiting when we left so I don’t know why we were so rushed.

Get a steak. Skip the seafood add ons (not good). We have eaten all over the world, so high expectations often win with regards to food. We had a good time. Not great, but good. Staff was friendly and pretty quick. Drinks good, but don’t order something not on the menu, forget about it. I might be an olive snob, but their olives ruined my dirty martini. Pay a high penny for good vodka, then have the drink ruined by the most terrible olives I have ever had. It was still a good time. The company of my wonderful husband of 12 years was enough to make it worth it and our server was fun and attentive.
