Le STK - Atlanta allie avec talent deux concepts, à savoir un steakhouse moderne et un lounge chic. Le grand coin salon central arbore des banquettes en cuir couleur crème et du carrelage à la texture de peau de crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée pour un repas plus formel. Les tables sont illuminées par un éclairage de scène théâtrale, tandis qu'un DJ investit tout l'espace d'une énergie communicative. Le STK Atlanta est situé au 1075 Peachtree Street, au cœur du quartier de Midtown, à Atlanta. Le chef cuisinier Mark Alba dirige la cuisine de ce restaurant de 2 étages situé juste à côté du Loews Hotel. Les steaks font bien sûr partie intégrante de la carte. Doté d'un esprit résolument féminin, le STK propose plusieurs coupes de viande (petites, moyennes et grandes), ainsi que des ingrédients cultivés naturellement et des plats de résistance à base de poisson frais du marché. Outre le steak, les mets emblématiques du STK incluent les frites à la truffe et au parmesan, les Lil' burgers, les céréales de riz Rice Krispies aux crevettes, le pudding au maïs doux et la salade avec de gros morceaux de crabe.

We were first sat at a high top with an unstable chair and a smaller table. We were okay with it but not very comfortable. A manager approached us and told us they didn’t want to sit reservations there and offered to move us to a booth. We were very appreciative and happy with the booth we ended up in. Our server, Monique, was very knowledgeable and attentive. She made sure to pay attention to our dietary restrictions and needs and kept us happy the whole meal. STK offers good food, great service, and is a beautiful restaurant.

For busy NYE our experience wasn’t bad but we left underwhelmed. I did not like how they seated most of the parties of 2 in an upstairs room, close together, away from the main dining room. We did not get the restaurant ambiance that I preferred. Water and drinks took pretty long to get. Our steak was cooked how we asked and sides were delicious but not sure it was worth those prices.

The absolute worst NYE experience I have ever encountered. We were sat and ordered our drinks to receive them 30 mins later. After those we decided on our appetizers and mains. We were assured that it would be coursed out, however after we finished our apps, the entrees arrived and were cold! They had not even changed silverware, cleared dirty plates, or wiped the table down. We then ordered dessert to only be told by the manager that we had to leave as we had been too long when if the drinks came out timely and food was hot and correctly spaced it would’ve been on time. The manager was the most disrespectful restaurant person I’ve ever encountered. The quality of STK Atlanta, doesn’t even compare to STK Las Vegas or STK NYC. Incredibly disappointed.

The food was not up to the quality you would expect from STK. The steak was just okay and not any better than you would get going to Ruth's Chris for half the price. Our server was great so we couldn't complain about that. The sides we ordered for the table were not good at all.

Overrated steaks, not cooked to our liking. Go elsewhere and enjoy a better cooked steak. The waiter was also pushy.

If you love mushrooms (like me) then order the Mushroom & Truffle Tagliatelle as your Entrée...it will not disappoint! I dine at STK quite often but always order steak or seafood. So I decided to try something different, with the help of my excellent server Bre, and it was a magnificent choice!

I had visited STK before and didn't have the same experience. If you do go reservations are a life saver. Even on Monday it was moderately busy. The place is nice, upscale and the ambience is good. Good place for a date night. However, in a group of people it could be a bit much. I was there with a small group of friends celebrating a birthday. The prices for the quality of the food were a bit high. The food was good but not worth the price tag. I could let it slide if there were more options or if the service was better. Again the last time I went the service was better but last night it wasn't. Our server kept disappearing and didn't check on us for long periods of time. When she was there her attention was scattered and she acted as if she didn't want to wait on us. We weren't rude or being loud or anything so I was thrown off by her demeanor. Lastly, when we finally were able to flag her down and ask for the check she brought us the wrong one. We had to wait another 10 minutes before she came back to get the correct one. We finally got our correct check. I asked if we could split it and she seemed to have an attitude as she explained the policy. We reviewed the ticket and tallied our costs. Another 10 minutes went by and she never came back. My friend asked another server if she could find ours. That server left and came back with a tablet for us to pay. Not our original server. We paid and left. On our way out our original server shouts at us to ask if we paid. I was not at all impressed nor did I appreciate being treated that way. As we left i remembered why I didn't want to go back. The experience just wasn't worth the price tag of the meal.
