   Fantastic experience, overlooking the mountains. The service was truly amazing throughout the hotel. Great way to spend time enjoying a hot chocolate and making s’mores.

   Jessica our server was awesome! Food was delicious and wine / drinks pairing were awesome recommendations by her! Will definitely return!!

   Karolina took excellent care of us. We started with the Cauliflower Bites which are best appie on menu. I had the Steak & Lobster Special with the steak cooked perfectly. The Lobster also cooked perfectly and delicious. My guest had Bison Bolognese which he enjoyed. As we watched Canada beat USA we had to celebrate with Canadian BC Blasted Church Red Wine. A great evening at the Stirling Lounge !

   Food and service was beyond expectations… screaming kids was the only downfall of the evening.

   Brussel sprout appetizer was great. Nice texture and great flavours. Bison bolognese was delicious. The steak sandwich was tough and smothered in greens which was a bit disappointing.

   We visited Saturday afternoon February 1 at lunch time. We sat in dining room and lovely. and, Yes, busy but we ordered another glass of wine and must have waited 10 minutes. Our meal finished and ready to go home before the wine appeared. Could not enjoy with our meal.

   We selected the Stirling Lounge to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. We asked for a booth and started off with a drink. Bottles of wine are half price on Wednesdays. The food was delicious and the noise level was much quieter than the Dining side. Our server, Jakob, was spectacular. He was attentive and so cheerful and funny. He brought us a complimentary dessert and even sang “Happy Anniversary” in a beautiful voice. And let the surrounding tables know it was our 50th. Everyone clapped. I have to say he really made the evening even more special by doing that. We will definitely be back.

    After experiencing the fantastic Prime rib Sunday buffet we had high hopes for the Pasta night Tuesday thinking it would meet the same high standards…. Unfortunately not. It stated soups, salads, pasta and deserts ….(No soups) the salad, pasta and deserts were just meh/ok…. Won’t be doing it again. Service and surroundings were excellent.
