STIR is the perfect restaurant to sip a craft cocktail over a dozen oysters, enjoy a night out, or meet for lunch. Located in the heart of Old City, the restaurant is an open-air concept with a large, heated outdoor patio. We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Great food starts with fresh, local ingredients. Our kitchen prepares everything from scratch, and our signature raw bar is stocked with fresh oysters and seasonal seafood. STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure. We welcome Knoxville to enjoy our unmatched cocktails, fresh seafood, and classic dishes in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality

Large vibrant/loud space, very good craft cocktails and very large spirits list - wines, not so much. Great spot for a quick in and out - they don't seem to want folks to linger. Very varied menu with a lot of value priced food items, with emphasis on seafood. Although we've never had a tuna poke salad on a brick of very cold sushi rice before.

This place has really good food with great service! A little loud for me, but there was an option for outdoor seating.

We had a great dinner before going to a show. Got there pretty early because the show started at seven so it wasn’t super busy. I would imagine when it’s full. It’s a little on the loud side, but the food was good. Service was good cool atmosphere did a good job of making a bran d new building look old

First time at Stir. Immediately liked the ambience when we walked in. Our waitress, Maggie, was very personable and helped make great selections. We had blackened fish tacos and a chicken chopped salad. Food was fabulous! We even stayed after our meal to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Out bartender, Chris, was great too. Highly recommend.

Would love more mocktail drinks as my mother and I do not drink but wanted something yummy. We got the elderflower sour which was absolutely phenomenal.
