STIR is the perfect restaurant to enjoy a night out, host clients, or sip a craft cocktail over a dozen oysters. Located in South End, the restaurant is an open-air concept with a large, heated outdoor patio. We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Our cold bar and kitchen offers fresh oysters from North Carolina and beyond, traditional Mexican and Peruvian ceviche, and classic entrees and specials, all prepared from scratch.

STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure.

We welcome Charlotte to enjoy our unmatched cocktails, fresh seafood, and classic dishes in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.

We brought two guests with us and they loved their first time at Stir and all be back!! Always such a great time

Last year dinner there was great. Today Brunch not so much. Benedict, slivers of ham, over poached dry eggs, deep fried bland lazy potatoes. Chix and waffles, no sugar free syrup available, 4 tiny Chix tenders, terrible portions both for $19. Sub par frozen muffins and danish. Would try again, enjoy the place, but brunch needs help. Good music tho, nice vibe and volume.

Food was delicious ,drinks were amazing specially the infamous long Long Island i give it a five star. Ribeye steak was well seasoned and nicely cooked. Waiter was nice and friendly.

Great food, great service, great experience! I will certainly be back with friends and family. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this dining experience. It was super chill, yet cute for date night or just vibing with the girls.

Excellent drinks and service. We started with the grilled oysters which were delicious. I had the filet with goat cheese ravioli. Was very good but a little dry so our server happily brought some additional pesto sauce.

Our server Leslie was top notch! Had great personality, recommended food and drinks and was such a pleasure. The food and drinks were out of this world. We will definitely be back!

Great ambiance, great food. Good value for the money and great service. Only negative was that we were freezing having a table near the door. Couldn’t take our coats off
