Located in the heart of the Sunset Harbor neighborhood, Stiltsville Fish Bar features quality seafood by Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth.

Quality seafood & tiki inspired drinks, the restaurant is centered around the glistening view of the harbor and stunning sunsets.

SAFETY MEASURES:
- Prior to opening our restaurant went through professional deep cleaning and was treated with disinfectants and sanitation sprays
- The dining room has been reconfigured to keep tables 6ft. apart
- Team members are using masks & gloves at all times
- All table tops, menus, surfaces, plates, glassware, & utensils are disinfected and sanitized after each use
- Team members are adhering to strict hand washing standards
- Several sanitation stations are available for guests to access hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and paper towels
- Team members temperatures are being taken prior to starting their shift

We ordered many plates to share- all were amazing! Our waiter was very sweet and the manager was very welcoming. Cocktails are fun and tasty!

They changed some things on their menu from a week ago and didn’t bother to check to see if they could still make one of the items on the menu a week ago. At least humor me an say you will check with the kitchen, but our server wouldn’t be bothered. Had some oysters and headed somewhere else.

I have been to Stiltsville several times even though I live in NY. My son lives in Miami and we always go for lunch and/or dinner here. This business trip I took my wife and met our son there for yet another great meal with quality food and fantastic service top to bottom. We will be back again soon! Welcome to Miami and some excellent seafood and impeccable service!! The food was fresh and flavorful. We happily arrived during “Happy Hour”! We enjoyed some wonderful fish dip and some great drinks. Followed up with some beautiful coconut shrimp and a “fresh catch” scampi! All of it was very good! The service was awesome! We had an excellent waiter who was very attentive and helpful ( especially when I knocked my ice water in my husband’s lap)! We probably had six members of the staff come by our table and ask how we were doing. Loved it! Highly recommend!!
