Join us for a festive celebration filled with Stillwell’s a la carte favorites and our specially prepared classic Beef Wellington with Potato Puree, Roasted Carrots, Truffle Bordelaise. Pair it with our award-winning selection of wines and seasonal cocktails to make your holiday at Stillwell’s Steakhouse one to remember. Reserve your table now and experience the magic of Christmas with us. All reservations will require a $50 deposit to confirm your table. This deposit is refundable until 72 hours prior to Christmas.

The service from the hostess to serves and all boots on the ground staff were amazing and attentive. Food was outstanding. Will be coming back soon for another meal.

Wasn’t the best. We expected more. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. However, the Delmonico Ribeye was tough and chewy. The Oscar topping had frozen crab and tasted fishy. The wedge salad had blue cheese flavored dressing with no blue cheese crumbles and the salad was not topped with bacon as stated on the menu. The time between courses is very long - it took at 12 minutes of wait time before they finally cleared our plates, we were literally going to search for our server when he finally showed up. Stillwell’s needs to really step up their game if they want to be a top tier Dallas steakhouse.

Absolutely incredible! The 12 oz. Filet Mignon was to die for. It cut like butter. The beef dumplings are a must! My husband and I will definitely be back

Celebrated our one year wedding anniversary. Service was amazing the general manager came by to greet us and congratulate us by name and I thought it was nice touch for our special night!

We were they rather early so there were not many other people there. We had a great meal. The food and service were great!

I dined here with my husband and some friends. Overall we had a great experience. The beef jerky appetizer was amazing! The only negative was our friend’s steak - which was cold in the center. Even after being sent back - it continued to be inedible. However , the management handled the situation incredibly well and took the steak off our bill. For that , we will definitely give it another try!

Still Wells was all I would expect from a Barbier-Mueller establishment. It did not disappoint. In a bit of irony, I held the hunting lease rights on the Stillwell ranch back in the eighties, I knew Hallie quite well; her genuine hugs, memorable. Guy and Dadie were friends, too. I had the good fortune to have spent hours in a rocking chair listening to stories of old Texas, Pancho Villa, cattle rustlers and other outlaws Hallie had encoutered in her time as "The Law West of the Pecos," following in the footsteps of Judge Roy Bean. Those hours I will cherish all my days. The pictures on the walls of this beautiful restaurant brought back memories of close friends I miss. My steak was perfection. My "old fashioned, "memorable." All perfect, right down to the Lone Star Valets, delivering my vehicle. I can't wait for my next, warm, Stillwell's hug. Bobby Vassallo
