    As always the food was great. But… Some other guests were very noisy, listened to music, vaped, were very loud and walking around. It was disruptive for the other guests. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it wasn’t really that cosy with those conditions. Waiters were accepting the behaviour of this one table….

    We were served the wrong food from another table, because the waiters had made mistakes within your system and the waiter also brought us food we didn't order and ended up paying for. The waiter was really nice and tried his best, we think he was new on the job.

    The food was not very good at all. The Wine was spot on, the waiter she couldnt open a bottle of Wine, we Will never recommend stickn sushi it was not the Money worth

    Very busy place, waiters seemed a bit stressed. Ordered Miso-soup - it was served with a lid ( to keep it warm I guess...) but it was somewhere between cold and lukewarm. Some cold dishes like sashimi served on ice are actually a bit too cold. Got a bottle of water for two people. Did not discover before we saw the receipt that we paid for ad libitum! Would have been nice to know - and would have been nice if the waiter had made a refill during the dinner.

    Having yet another fantastic Birthday at Sticks? Not this time, unfortunately…Asked for at specific area of the restaurant which was booked 3 weeks in advance but nope, Sticks couldn’t succeed with that request (?) Staff really not smiling or being alert at all…. I think we had around 6 different girls serving us randomly…. Had to repeat our 1) drinks order twice, no damn it, it was three times Had to repeat our 2) redwine order twice 3) The menu was way too urgently served and not even asking if we were ready for next round. 4) Had to ask for Birthday cake for my daugther, which obvisously still is a nice gesture (if remembered by the staff) Pls hire more professional staff along the new ones to make the mix more appropiate. Hope you step up until next years Birthdays dinner

    We got off in a really disappointing manner. We booked a table for 19.30 and arrived at 19.00 to have a drink. Along the way we asked if they would pick us up, when seating was ready. After having waited 25 minutes AFTER our time of reservation, I admit that I got tired of waiting and addressed my frustration. Two minutes after we were seated at the window, with the explanation that it was the reason for the delay. However, just as we were seated, we were told that the table was reserved for another couple, that had been waiting even longer than we had. After a short discussion and me expressing my frustration, we moved table. The general manager followed us to the other table, and we had a conversation about our situation. Eddie apologized and insisted on refunding our drinks together with another drink at the table. We shook off the situation and agreed to have a nice stay. And so we did. The food was perfect and so was the wine. Eddie came several times during our visit, to chat and check if we were still OK. We left the restaurant feeling that Eddie was really honest when apologizing to us, and we agreed that the overall experience was good. I cannot give 5 stars the way we started. But Eddie saved the evening!
