Our new year set menu for one - 'Stick To What You Love' is only available in January 12pm - 6pm. Here, it's all about the sticks from the grill, miso soup and rice - hot and comforting. After all, we're a sushi restaurant even for those who don't like fish. Choose the Sticks Menu for a winter warmer (£19.50) Miso Soup STICKS (x5) -Shake Teriyaki -Tsukune Chilli -Ramu Niku -Shishito Yaki -Momo Nanban Rice (With Crunchy chilli, teriyaki, or chilli dip) OR, Dive into the Sea Menu for a lighter lunch (£19.50) Miso Soup Grilled Edamame Seaweed Salad Rice Paper Shake Rice (With Crunchy chilli, teriyaki, or chilli dip) Available every day throughout January from 12pm-6pm. Staff so helpful when I asked for a table away from crowds due to being immunosuppressed. Really kind and thoughtful.

All the servers were amazing recommend cocktails and food. Had a great time for my birthday would definitely go back!!

Food was amazing and so was staff attention. However i made a note in my booking for a birthday special occassion and no consideration was given to it at all. Given how busy the place was k can understand but i also felt disappointed for my friend of not making it a bit more special for her.

I ate here with my sister for her birthday and the food was truly amazing. It was a Friday night and the restaurant was completely full, which caused that the service took a while and we barely saw our server who seemed like he didn't pay any attention to our table. We couldn't get any eye contact with him and this was a little disappointing. Yet overall I would come back, but maybe next time on a Wednesday night when it might be a little less crowded.

Good food, service was slow and nobody checked in on our meal to see how it was going, and if we needed anything else. But, it’s always a nice environment, food is consistently tasty and can’t complain really.

Tried the seasonal (Christmas) menu which was very nice. Fantastic service. Not cheap, but good value.

Only go if you want to be treated with disrespect to eat terrible food. From the moment you walk in you are not greeted or acknowledged. After flagging someone finally got seated then it took half an hour before anyone came and took my order. Then came the drink order which I had to repeat twice to two different wait staff and got my drink almost 45 minutes in. The irony is that there were many servers and it was a Sunday night not terribly busy. Then I had to wait another 15 min and it would for sure been longer unless I flagged another waiter to take my order. So by now I was interacting with 4-5 wait staff for a simple order! The food came and was terrible maki sushi was stale, chewy the edamame lacked flavor despite claiming to be ‘seasoned’. No one came to check my order past appetizers but they had the audacity to come and tell me the kitchen is closing and add a charge for mayo which they brought after my food was done. You can tell they don’t take care of how the food is prepared and served. Absolutely ridiculous! Dont recommend!
