Quality and customer service has massively dropped since my last time a couple of years ago. While floor staff was friendly the waiters were quite chaotic and unprofessional. We had to explain our food selection multiple time as the waitress was not listening and just shouting to the kitchen pass the order, which we found quite unusual for a place with those prices. They also were preparing the deliveries on a table close by, in a total chaos and madness that as much as I understand being a weekend, it’s not up to standard and doesn’t help to create a nice atmosphere in the restaurant.The food quality is massively dropped, definitely do not recommend the meat sticks choices anymore. All thing considered I m sad as I used to like that place but won’t recommend it anymore.

Absolutely amazing experience at Sticks n Sushi. I had called ahead to ensure that we got as quiet a table as possible due to my wife’s sensory issues. The manager couldn’t do enough for us and called me back twice to ensure they put us somewhere as comfortable as possible. She was also lovely that evening at the restaurant and checked on my wife a few times, very discreetly. The food was amazing and really good value for the quality of the sushi. We were near the bar and the barmen couldn’t have been nicer - they were attentive and kind throughout the evening. It’s so nice to find a well-run, consistent and high quality restaurant in what’s quite a busy part of town. Thank you for a great experience.

The food was lovely as always. I particularly liked the tuna tartare bites and the cauliflower. The area with tables for two seemed a bit bright and clinical.

Some very average sushi (some strange flavours and it was all a bit dry) and some slightly weird meat / fish sticks which we didn’t really end up eating…. all for the pretty hefty price tag of £150 for two of us which included just one drink each. There were a couple of dishes that were nice including the beef tataki and the cauliflower, but I wouldn’t bother with the rest unfortunately. Not sure we would return, which is a shame as it’s local. I’d rather go into London and pay a bit more for a better experience / much better food, or use one of the local sushi places. Shame :(

Awesome sushi, and starters. The hotate kataifi is definitely a must order! A bit pricey, but we were definitely full and satisfied when we finished our meal

Lovely food / initially slow to get served but once order taken very efficient . Great cocktails too . Go for Set menus great value and lots of food
