The manager at this branch is a lovely lady and very attentive. The majority of staff are excellent, but there are still a couple of new staff, who slow the service down a bit and need a bit more training. However, this is a great restaurant, with stunning food, therefore these are only tiny criticisms.

Easy to order, staff was very attentive to what i needed and helped me with picking my last sushi order. Food was amazing would defintely go there again

We have been here multiple times. On this occasion, we celebrated our daughter's successful treatment with her friends and delicious foods at Sticks & Sushi! The atmosphere was excellent l, waiters were friendly and attentive.

Dinner for two with drinks, £200. Service was fantastic, food amazing. Only fault being tables crammed next to each other in the back. Suggestion: allow plum wine to be ordered by the glass and not just a whole bottle

Quality and customer service has massively dropped since my last time a couple of years ago. While floor staff was friendly the waiters were quite chaotic and unprofessional. We had to explain our food selection multiple time as the waitress was not listening and just shouting to the kitchen pass the order, which we found quite unusual for a place with those prices. They also were preparing the deliveries on a table close by, in a total chaos and madness that as much as I understand being a weekend, it’s not up to standard and doesn’t help to create a nice atmosphere in the restaurant.The food quality is massively dropped, definitely do not recommend the meat sticks choices anymore. All thing considered I m sad as I used to like that place but won’t recommend it anymore.
