We had a nice dining experience at Stern and Bow for brunch, the food was very well prepared and presented beautifully. The coffee was really good! Our service was excellent as well. It is incredibly expensive, however, isn't it everywhere? $15 for pancakes. $17 for waffles with berries. My husband enjoyed his burger and said it one of the best he has had in a while. I had the french toast with berries and although delicious, it was simply french toast and berries. Not many berries -- just a few. All in all the food was well-prepared and everything was positive -- but it is SO hard to take the family out for meals affordably.

James was amazing. The way he commands a room with ease was amazing. Great food. Definitely go have a drink and some oysters.

Enjoyed Stern and Bow for Mom’s 93rd birthday. They could not have been more accommodating. The owner came by to say hello and that was lovely as well. Food is always delicious & menu has a good variety. They made dessert really special for the birthday too. The only problem we had was that the dirty martini ( no olives provided) and mule ( almost pure alcohol & no ginger beer , so poorly balanced) cocktails were a little bit off. But would still return.

Stern and Bow has been a local favorite. Never disappointed. Good food, friendly service and good ambiance. Sometimes, it can get loud when packed house, but it's still a great spot.

Dinner last night was fantastic not rushed in any way and it was actually quiet enough to e joy the place as well. Definitely our favorite place we will be back

They never tell you the price of specials. Should be written down. I’m also not a fan of the waiter standing over me while paying and choosing a tip. Also the valet parking is not necessary. I will not be going back.
