Stem Ciders newest Taproom and community restaurant is open and offering hand crafted hard ciders and curated cocktails complementing elevated, casual cuisine. Full bar, live music, amazing culinary creations topped with amazing service!

We allow 2 hours for dining, and ask you to respect that during our busiest times so we can see as many guests that we can. We welcome you to grab another cider and hang outside!

Newborns, babies and toddlers are just little humans, and they count as a person in your party.

For parties greater than 10ppl up to 20 ppl please call us for reservations. Any parties larger than 20ppl are considered an event, and requests can be made through this link: https://stemciders.com/private-events/

I came down to Denver to take my son out and actually chose STEM because of their special glass offer. When we got there it took 45 minutes to even get a drink, then they said sorry, we're all out of the glasses. Disappointing.

Stem has some great cider and food. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our server did not check in with us much, and it took about 45 minutes to get our food order in. All was fine because we were enjoying ourselves. Food came, it was great, nothing was cleared from our table as we finished for at least 30 minutes. We actually started clearing it ourselves because we wanted to order the donuts! Our waiter comes over and tells us the next reservation is here and they need the table. We were all confused because not once did we get the impression that we were over staying or the staff was rushing. We said we wanted to order dessert, so he put it in. The manger then came over and said our dessert was getting packed to go because they needed the table. She handed free drink coupons and apologized. It was just strange and uncomfortable. And why the free drink coupons? That means we need to come back. Just comp the drinks on our $260 bill. The whole situation could have been handled more professionally.

Incredible food! The vibe is nice cause it’s small And there are lots of outdoor spaces.

We stood at the host station for over five minutes while the staff just blew right by us on multiple occasions. We had reservations at 7:00 and the table wasn’t ready to go. Just kind of weird. Don’t take reservations if that’s the case. Anyhow, food was good, drinks were fine but took longer than the food to come out.

Lack of help exists everywhere and it’s a bummer when you put a party together to have a good time ( 8 ) and it’s complicated. You pay the monies to get mediocre service. It’s disappointing .

Went for a Mother's Day Brunch. There was a nice added touch of live music. A nice young man played guitar and sang mellow songs. Really made for a very pleasant Mother's Day experience.

We enjoyed our first of many trips to Stem Ciders. We were overjoyed with the cider selections and the Apple Donuts! The donuts were so good we got 2nds and also take out order. The ciders are yummy. We liked mixing the hard lemonade and the hard tea ciders. Like an Arnold Palmer. Amazing! Definitely add this place as your next stop. Thanks Jesse!!!

This is definitely not a safe space for black and brown customers. One of the worst Denver brunch experiences I’ve ever had. Our food took 40 minutes and the chicken with the apple chicken and waffles was not cooked. The manager then proceeded to racially profile our group and accuse us of filing a complaint with corporate saying we should have talked to her first. We never filed a complaint and addressed our service issues directly with her.
