Tucked away in the southeast corner of the hotel, Stella’s Wine Bar is Houston’s newest and most alluring wine destination for both casual wine enthusiasts and serious oenophiles. Offering over 30 wine-producing regions through a variety of flights and close to 60 wines by the glass, Stella’s Wine Bar provides a unique journey of tastes from around the world. Guided by our unrivaled team of highly skilled yet incredibly approachable sommeliers, guests can learn and explore both the new and the familiar wines in a social convivial atmosphere with world-class wine resources to share as little or as much as you want to know. This is our second trip to Stella's. The service, food and wine are impeccable! The atmosphere is lovely and included in the Post Oak Hotel. The experience of having wine and food selections provided by a Master Sommelier is truly a memorable one. Thank you Stella's for a lovely evening!

As soon as we arrive we were greeted with, “I tried calling you to cancel your reservation due to us being bought out at 8:00”. I checked my phone and I had no missed calls. Our reservation was for 6:00, once we explained we had tickets to the Nutcracker at 7:30 and would be out by said time then we were told to sit anywhere. We had a very nice waiter but once we ordered our drinks from the festive menu (one reason we were there) they did not present it as shown on the menu and as we saw the table next to us being presented. This really made the whole experience very disappointing. We asked our waiter why it was not presented as shown and he said “bc they just made the drinks”. We told him we would like the experience as advertised on the menu. He then corrected it but it still made for an unmagical experience.

Great experience. Wine selection is good. Staff is very attentive. We enjoyed the evening with live music.

Stella's is the perfect after-dinner spot to unwind, enjoy a cocktail, wine or sparkling beverage - all while listening to terrific live entertainment. The beverage lists are very extensive, offering drinks for every taste and budget. We enjoy the outdoor seating on these warm fall evenings, although the indoor spaces are comfortable and well-done. Stella's staff is quite knowledgeable and is ready to help. Snacks and full plates are plentiful if you're still hungry after dinner. Or, just come and make an evening of it by ordering dinner right at your table. Either way, Stella's is the right way to end the day!

We enjoyed Stella's outdoor vibe and live entertainment, the knowledgeable team (whose service was impeccable) and the extensive wine, champagne, and Madeira selections. The outdoor seating was very comfortable (temperature and chairs) and our water glasses were kept full all night as we sampled a few of Stella's nicer beverage offerings. We will return!

This was my first time at Stella’s and I really enjoyed it. This choices of wine were great quality. The wait staff was extremely nice. They even had a welcome sign at the table for us. I will definitely be back.
